I am local to the Key Peninsula. I am a veteran I am a homeowner. I use the BK App to order my food. In the last 30 days, I found this location closed when the app says it open on several occasions. I have had to contact BK corp twice to get my money refunded to me after ordering on the app. On November 23rd, I ordered my food on the app only to learn Burger King in Wauna was 100% out of whopper meat. In the past, I have ordered several items to only learn they were completely out of the item ordered. Then have to negotiate with the drive thru to adequately compensate me for a replacement item. This is not the proper level of service we expect from a Burger King. They lack the proper number of staff during the great resignation and the necessary supplies to run this business properly to achieve the level of service we deserve for our dollars. The manager is a great hearted lady! Good people need to be given the proper tools for success. BK needs to find out what exactly is going on at this location with a trouble shooter from corporate. Unfortunately understaffed, it's impossible to provide the desired service. Looked like only one tenured person in the kitchen, doing her best, but not possible to keep up with the counter and drive thru. Guys in service not experienced, not able to keep orders straight, no direction. Sandwiches were just warm, not hot, a perpetual issue at BK. Kitchen person was obviously disgruntled, working hard, yelling directions to the service personnel, of course in earshot of customers.
The two person crew busting their tails to try and get everyone dinner was running like a machine. They just kept chugging along. It was nice to not hear anyone complaining about the line at the drive in.Food: 5/5
The slowest Burger King in America. I kid you not. I’m writing this review as I’ve been second in line in the drive-thru to order my food for 16 minutes. I am not exaggerating. You could shop for groceries and go home and make a salad in the amount of time you’ll spend here waiting
Well, I'm not going to say this place is my favorite burger place. But, I would definitely take Burger King over McDonald's. Their new chicken burgers are pretty dang good and the spicy one actually has some heat to it. There's so many times I ordered something labeled as "spicy" and upon trying it being disappointed in the lack of heat. So, in saying that, I usually give fast food places 3 stars but that chicken sandwich you folk are selling brought it up to a 4. If you had actual whipped cream on top of your shakes instead of cool-whip, I might even consider adding another star. But, as for fast food, Burger King is still a lot better than whatever else is out there. Update: painfully slow service
After a few visits I can say this has got to be the worst fast food location Ive ever been to. Every order has been wrong in one way or another. Even when Ive been the only person in the entire drive thru they cant manage to put together ONE sandwich correctly.
The incompetent staff not only took so long to take orders over ten minutes with no one in lobby or in the drive thru getting their order taken that the car in front of us left without ordering but when it was our turn they kept changing our order. After calling them on it, they rudely sighed when we stated we stated we didn't want the thing we didn't order that they changed it to. We ended up leaving without anything due to poor customer service.
I went there today had the time of my life friendly service with a smile coke machine wasn't working properly that's was gone fantastic good too! All I gotta say is honestly the most best restaurant I've been to in a while really good food.
Went through the drive through, and they accidentally made the wrong sandwich for me. An easy mistake to make, especially with how I ordered it. Royal chicken with swiss and bacon, but I ordered the regular royal chicken first Their drive through was very busy, so I called and asked if I could meet them at the door. I got a brand new, fresh outta the fryer sandwich, and they were deeply apologetic. Great staff, working hard, with excellent customer service! Whatever they're making per hour, double it! Truly a wonderful staff!! Also, note to self: do not eat a fresh outta the fryer chicken sandwich right away. My tongue hurts!! LOL!!
At this point, I keep going back just to see what new ways they can disappoint me. They're out of croissants. They're out of biscuits. Their ice cream machine doesn't work. No slushies today. They can't print my receipt. The lobby isn't open. They're closed early. I ordered a sausage burrito.. There's no sausage on it when I get it. I really love the good deals they have, but everytime I go something goes wrong.
