There was MOLD all over our sandwhich!!! So disgusting. Called the store and was told to call the office to complain… no “sorry for mold” no “would you like a refund?”… contacted support and they offered a $5 coupon as if we’re going back anytime soon! I work in fast food at Wendy’s and this is absolutely appalling. My store has actual standards!!! We would NEVER serve anyone mold!! And if we did we would be BEGGING for forgiveness! Offering free things left and right, giving up a kidney!! This is disgusting. Worst part is we didn’t notice until it was half way gone. I feel like I should be able to trust that my food won’t be moldy…
Went through the drive thru in a non busy hour and ordered a rodeo king meal, came out to around $15, at first they forgot the bacon and Mayo, went in and they “fixed it up” lady at the front told me it doesn’t come with Mayo even though it does. Anyways I get the new one back and noticed that it only had a single patty instead of one and no onion rings : and no bbq sauce. but I couldn’t drive back twice so just accepted it. Pls go anywhere else yall or just save your money
This BK could not have been better! It was clean, Kev at the register was friendly and helpful, and the food was hot and crispy. I got a 4 piece nugget with a small fry and a drink, it came to $7 which I think is super reasonable. No complaints! Thanks for a reliable meal after a long drive!
Went here at 9pm near the end of a long drive. It was clean, the food came out quickly and was hot, and the employee at the counter was kind - even said “have a good night” on our way out. Literally no complaints. I ordered a medium and it was too big! Thanks Ludlow BK!
My burger was great, got a double stacker and those never disappoint HOWEVER my girlfriends bacon king had a moldy bun. We noticed after I downed mine so I'm hoping mine didn't have any. Not thrilled that their quality control couldn't catch that, wasted money on unsafe food.
GOOD FOOD NICE PEOPLE had a 10/10 time. staff was real nice, had just cleaned, crispy chicken was CrIsPy, root beer hit right. lovely.
Asked for a whopper jr. meal with heavy pickles and ketchup, get home and it’s an old whopper jr. that looks like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours and cold onion rings and tenders. Went in the evening, not sure what’s going on over there. Decided to do a review since it’s not the first time.
Chris the manager at night is great as well as the women at the drive-through. They discontinued the side salad. I have been going to this Burger King for five years. I would get a side salad in eight piece chicken every night. The eight piece chicken went from one dollar to $1.49 and today it went to $1.99. They also reduced the 10 piece chicken to an 8 Piece chicken way before any of the other burger kings did. They gouge you there in the only reason I would continue to go is the nice people. But because of the price increase I will not go again. You just lost a daily customer.
Ordered through drive thru, it cost extra to get extra onions on a burger? Plus my buddy got charged 90 cents to add the fry to a medium and drink to a large on his meal. Then I wanted some barbecue sauce for my onion rings, the lady at the window, she was very pushy and apathetic, said getting more than one would cost more. I guess for most people this wouldn't be too bad but I work at a Burger King a half hour away, and that's what makes some of this ridiculous to me. The only reason it's not one star is because the onion rings were fresh from the fryer.
Went to get nuggets and fries for my son 8pm no one around they were old and almost stale second time this happened. Food is only good if they’re busy which isn’t often
