The best fast food restaurant around. The staff are friendly and the food is always nice and hot and spotless. This will always go down as one of the best Burger Kings
Usually the drive-through service at night is actually pretty well. I think they were shortstaffed. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp. Borderline of even dangerous, consuming them in the bacon did not feel thoroughly cooked but aside from that everything was good. Again, I have never had a problem with this specific facility. The girl who does the drive-through at night is really friendly.
So I was driving and took a bite it felt very bare. For a $15 dollar meal this just looks so poor. They really don’t take their time to make your food. Got home and opened it up and it just looked like a mess. Especially since this is the new sandwich it should look and taste good. Been going to this location since I was a kid but I think I need to switch it up. Not pumped by the service.
I don't order out , too expensive & not good for your $. I'll come back to Monroe Burger King they're fast service and good food for the $ wouldn't say that for others
I order a burger with only three things and I was specific because I don't like everything on my food when taking my order the lady repeated what I said when I got home I had everything on my burger so disappointed.Food: 2/5
In my opinion, the best among the fast food burger that everyone can afford. It's charbroiled and not fried. They also offer a selection in the menu based on your budget.Food: 4/5
I’ve been getting burger king from this location for a couple years I never have major problems but today let me tell u the staff that was working the 8:30pm shift today Tuesday October 4th 2022 was just something else they made me not want to come to this location ever again I did an online pick up order on purpose to avoid any issues with my order not only did I wait 25-30 min for my food but my food was cold fries were hard chicken nuggets that were for my kids were hard half my order was wrong! I had to go inside for corrections one employee saw me and acted like he didn’t another one came up to me 5 min after then asked what’s wrong I told him then he just kept walking the other one had no regard for me seemed annoyed with me chucked the food in the trash wouldn’t even look at me in the face or speak to me directly I heard them telling each other to do things that was cross contaminating like just wipe it off or just take off the pickles and put more ketchup I personally am pregnant and mayonnaise has been making me throw up and I was so mad because u can tell they wiped off the mayo from one of My chicken sandwiches I could smell it and see some of it still on the wrapper I just wanted to just cry maybe because of my hormones but I just couldn’t all of this I was so upset I ended just taking the food and leaving because I felt so disrespected and ignored that I just wanted to get out of there but I ended up not even eating my food I spent almost $30 just for it to go in the garbage I am literally so upset and disappointed with this staff something needs to be done about this specific group of people on this shift.
It’s a Burger King - expectations aren’t that high to begin with, but even those low expectations weren’t met. Sun Aug 7th 8 PM. Ordered to go, paid, waited and watched for 25 minutes! until we got our order. Manager needs customer service, teamwork, and hustle training. Never jumped onto the sandwich station to help. Sandwich maker needs sandwich making and hustle training. He knew how to sing though : we were all aware of that.
Ordered late around 9:30pm. Food was obviously all day left overs and was not given a receipt. Went back next day and order was made fresh by AM manager.
Food was cold and greasy. Found a bug in my coffee. Refused to give me a receiptFood: 1/5
