Quality is sacrificed for profit. This is what happens when profits need to be exponential and increase each year for a corporation. BK was my favorite FF burger from 1980- mid 90's now... I do kind of like the incredible whopper, best meatless burger around. Pretty sure they must add beef fat to those patties to make them so good. Located right off the freeway I often stop here when passing through. Usually not a long wait except during the summer when there are lots of tourists in the area. Lots of parking and they have never made a mistake on my order.Food: 4/5
The thermostat was set at 57 degrees!! Hard to enjoy food if you're freezing. It's currently 45, with a feels like 39 degrees outside.
Drive through was busy, but no one inside for awhile. The guy at the counter helped me right away, while still ordering, my first sandwich was already made. Unfortunately, I changed what was on it, but it wasn't conveyed to the people in the back. I guess a learning experience while not in rush mode. Floors felt a little sticky, after a couple minutes I was off. A couple people came inside when I left, but the drive through was still busy, people wanting their dinner.
Good customer service. Clean restaurant. I ordered whopper for breakfast, so happy that Burger King can serve me burger for my breakfast and worth to wait for my fresh and hot food. Venus is a sweetheart : I will come back again!
Brenda is always so great and friendly in the mornings when I stop by for breakfast! All the staff at the castle rock location is understanding when mistakes are made and always know how to correct it with manners! Thanks for always being a great team!
