The dining area is kept very clean, and they make the food while you wait. But man are these ladies RUDE & UNFRIENDLY! There is NO sense of customer service whatsoever..from hourly associates to Management- they are ALL terribly rude. None of them are very fluent in the English language and none of them are up to speed as far as the app is concerned, meaning they can't answer questions nor do they know the most basic of technicalities when it comes to using an offer. The cashier said I could use an offer code AND a reward, however when she put in the offer code my reward disappeared and she full on shrugged her shoulders and expected me to be okay with losing 400+ points!! Whatttt is that madness? I told her absolutely NOT will she just shrug her shoulders and told me "well the item is free"..um no ma'am, the item is NOT free, I pay money each time I come and EARN those reward points by spending MY MONEY. In no way is it "free". Anyway, the manager came and the cashier had to explain the transaction in Spanish because she could not understand me speaking English. Again, another shrug of the shoulders. Needless to say I contacted Corporate because I will NOT accept poor customer service wherever I decide to spend my money. Period. Also, I experienced awful sickness feeling that evening after consuming half of a Whopper. Was it the lettuce? Who knows, its been linked to listeria so I'm not sure what the deal was. They also HATE to let anyone use the restroom. They have one of the customer bathrooms LOCKED only for their use and the other customer restroom is LOCKED as well and you need to ask if you can use the restroom..in which they get very frustrated about having to walk around the counter and entering the code on the door. They have since put a "restroom out of order" sign on the counter so as not to bother them. This is not legal in the State of Illinois, wherever food is sold and consumed there must be a restroom available. Just an overall horrible experience.
Very bad service. 12d April , 2023. 19:00. Take in. Two meals. No napkins, no ketchup, people was upset cause i was asking for complements to my order. I asked no ice I got ice. I asked no onion I got onion. Anyway…. Attention BK. This is my last time here.
This is the worst BK you can go to. Terrible customer service . Always someone with attitude working at the drive thru. They don’t know how to apologize and stand up for their mistakes when messing things up.
The cashier tried to overcharge me for my order. Then got mad when I corrected her. Gave me the wrong order anyway and didn’t give me a receipt the people working the Night Shift are not cool.
If you’re going to close the drive thru at 11:00pm instead of the 12:00am as stated online on then you need to update your hours. Makes no sense why my mobile order went through if the store is closed. Made me waste my gas
Serves Breakfast but doesn't open until 7 maybe 8 if they are ready or don't have, "maintenance", issues as the notes on the door state. Ordered french toast sticks and they were so soggy and not standard that I had to air fry to get them up to standard. Secondly, ordered a breakfast chance and it appeared that they just threw it all together in a hurry the cheese was more on the paper then it was the sandwich.
Every single time- Wrong order. Items missing or replaced with something else. I never leave leave a review but at this point it is running joke between friends, and we will make startbtaking bets.

Terrible service. And seriously come one with having the bathrooms out of service. What's up with that. Especially for paying customers you should always have the bathroom available.
This location has always been excellent but Burger King has changed their whopper. I figure if this location is also awful as others I have been to lately it would be my last. I have preferred Burger King my entire life but will never go again.
