Store has been in great shape since the current GM took over few months back. She did her thing with hiring and training employees. Food is always fresh and dining room is always clean. And the best part, i dint have to wonder if they are open or not.
Speficially requested 2 sides of zesty sauce. Did this face to face! The told me to wait in my car and they forgot it! Order take did not add it to my order amd to make matters worse 20 min to close the store said they are not available to contact. Not answering phones during business hours! I can't forgive this. Total bait and switch after waiting 10 munster, kindly pulling ahead to wait and a fave to face order conformation not added to my receipt. I only ask people do the bare minimum and even with human I traction and acknowledgment they failed. NOW let's make it worse...refunds are only if you sign up for the BK app and I'm not happy. I'm not going to sign up to get refunds for what you messed up! I think we should class action lawsuit them! You want refunds, that you made mistakes for, we don't need to use your app or try to contact your store for no response! Anyone with me?
The lights are on but nobody's home pull up to the menu to order breakfast lights around nobody answers sit there for several minutes hump the horn end up driving through the rest of the drive-through sea lights inside but nobody doing anything been there many times the service is OK but could be a lot betterFood: 2/5
This is the ONLY BK worth going to! Had the Southwest Bacon Whopper and it was restaurant quality. The team working right now is efficient and proactive. Jimmy Johns across the street should get some training from you guys. Thanks!
Horrible customer service ! My food just thrown into the bag. I asked the women why my fries were all over the bag and she said “I didn’t mean to” with no apology and an attitude. I love coming to this location but the people I interacted with today were unpleasant and upwards disrespectful. Life too short to act this miserable, you should probably look for a different job.
Might very well be the worst BK I’ve ever consistently eaten at in my entire life. I almost felt bad writing this because I literally keep giving this place chances. I legit order 1 thing from BK: a chicken jr light mayo, add cheese. 1 in every 6 orders is correct. 2 = stale chicken breasts 2 = missing cheese 1 = heavy mayo It happens so often it’s hard to believe it isn’t done purposefully. Finally learned my lesson Sat Aug 6th. Never again.
You may have to wait a bit longer if you go here when it’s busy, but the customer service makes it worth it. It’s a big improvement from how this place used to be a few years back.
Loved their hot and cheesy veg burger and the cheese fries specifically their cheese it was little different then other brands.
Asked for lettuce and tomato only, im allergic to dairy. Verified, I asked did you get just lettuce and tomato? They said yes lettuce and tomato. I said great, sometimes people think im saying lettuce and mayo. I have all 3. Waste of money, having to throw food away. Yall rip.
