Don't believe the rumors. The staff are extremely friendly and they work very hard even though it's understaffed. The food is great. My kids ask for it all the time.Food: 4/5
I ordered through door dash. I have not been to BK in 4 years, I tried it hoping it was better. Boy was I WRONG! So disappointed, frys were warm and tasted like old frying oil. the Wopper was small with little lettuce and tomato the burger had no flavor. I once again will not be going back this time for good. I paid 15 and some change just for the large wrapper meal. So not worth the money.
Drive thru. Food was fresh and hot and friendly service. Good deal on app. Best fries for fast food anywhere. About my only favorite place for FF left, except a butter burger.Food: 5/5
My kids like BK. Most of the time they get the order right. The downside- they are slow. Always new employees and mostly grumpy. Looking in the order window the floor is almost always dirty. Littered with fries, sticky with dirt. I am not sure when cleanup is but no customer buying food wants to see that.Food: 4/5
It was really good and I was super duper excited that they have surge in the drink mixing device thing it basically changed my entire life forever. It smells kinda like wood in here, so that's good news for everyone that enjoys a nice WOOD smell while enjoying a burger or chicken or ice cream!
Standard Burger King... Which is still leaps and bounds over the other place. I'm completely open to any and all free samples, if you're willing BK. PS: We miss you in Merrill.Food: 4/5
Like most fast food places in Rhinelander currently they are short on staff members and properly functioning machines so the line moves a little slow but when I go here I'm always greeted by a happy voice with awesome service. Thank you Andy for making the drive through a much better experience than any where else
I would of thought things would get better they haven't a few days ago I spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive through, got no apology just told "oh our machine is down its not our fault" the service here has gone south fast for now on I'll just go to McDonaldsFood: 2/5
I was the 4th vehicle in the drive through, I waited behind the other 3 cars for 10 minutes, them vehicles never even moved before I drove off...so who knows how long them people waited before I arrived. This place is a joke....I called them when I was waiting in the drive through as well, no answer. Shocker!!!
They had a nice 2 for 10 deal. Got the whooper and chicken sandwich. Asked for pickles on the chicken sandwich, to no surprise there was no pickles. Food was ok for the price. Also they are hiring starting out at 11 dollars a hour and you can be a manager for 13! So remember next time you want to ask for a manager they only make 2 dollars more a hour to deal with your BS.
