The staff was great. They were very pleasant and welcoming. The food came out hot. The dining area was clean, as was the beverage area. My only complaint is that the fries were extremely salty to the point that I couldn't eat them. It wasn't worth exchanging them as I only got a small.Food: 3/5
Didn't want to cook after a long day stopped to get dinner and went through the drive through. Heather was the one taking my order. I got a chicken sandwich meal and a cheese burger and a Jr whopper. When I got to the window Heather was very nice and informed me they didn't have what I ordered to drink. That was fine though I just got a differed drink. When she handed me back my card after I paid she handed me a dog treat for my dog that was riding with me. That was so nice and a really cool thing to do! My only complaints that I have are small ones. They forgot to put cheese on my whopper Jr I asked for cheese I know it doesn't come on it and my fries were soggy. But all in all I was happy and so was my dog.
Great food here!!! They actually had good quick service and really good fresh food!!!! We've been to many fast food restaurants while out and about and I've never seen one without a diaper changing table. So if you have a z young little one, you may want to take your business elsewhere.Food: 3/5

Years ago, fast food restaurants were run by people who had been there awhile, who knew what they were doing, and who processed your order with efficiency. This BK is still in that vein. Jason did a great, professional job taking the order and they got us our food quickly and correctly.

Food is generally good. I think they are severely short staffed so you can't expect the same service as before 2020. To be fair it's not bad, just a little more time. Update 3/25/22- Drive Thru is still slow but now it arms consistent. Just can't be in a hurry.
