Could have been better. Person who handles cash, debit/credit cards is handling/serving up my fries. Consider how many germs are on those cards and cash? I don't want same person handling my fries with those hands.
Ordered online through their app, it was super easy to use and they had good deals as well! Food was ready when we got there and all items were correct and delicious. Staff was very friendly as well!
This is seemingly a store in decline. It had been a few months since I had been there, but it was a very "bleh" experience. The cashier/manager seemed not too thrilled to be there, like he was just barely able to be polite to his customers, nowhere near friendly for sure. The ice dispenser was not working properly, and when it threw ice on the floor, one employee said to the lady "eh, just kick it to the side there, we have to clean that up here in a little bit anyway..." The soda dispenser did not work properly. I thought they were out of both napkins and small cup lids, but as it turned out, the problem was simply that the dispenser for both items was not working properly..... On the positive side, I got my food quickly, and my order was mistake free... But that's all the good I can muster from my last visit. Which is a shame, as burger King was always one of my favorite fast food joints.
Bizarre experience at the Sequim drive-through. We ordered an original chicken sandwich and a Whopper. My chicken sandwich was a piece chicken on a dry bun, no mayo, no lettuce, which it's supposed to have. My friend's Whopper was supposed to have the usual lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mayo, and ketchup but was a hambuger patty on a bun with a tiny squirt of mayo and ketchup and 2 small pickle slices...nothing else. Waste of money and time. Never again. We should have stopped at Frugals on the way home.
This is by far the best Burger King in Washington State! The staff is always pleasant, our order is always correct and most importantly our food is always warm!
Love the customer service here, I believe it's the best in quick service in all of sequim. However, the app offers don't work here and I'm not sure why. Also can't get through on the phone. Any answers?
The drive through is set up for those little smart cars. Indoor dining is a thing of the past it seems. There are no garbage cans outside after you finish eating in your car. Even though I love the Texas Double Whopper, I'll probably not indulge in the inconvenience.
Food is good, but maybe they can work on their onion rings. The staff are friendly.Food: 5/5
Food is excellent, prices are awesome compared to the other local fast food joints. The only thing so far I haven't liked was their onion rings. They aren't real and I love onion rings Service is better than most other places as well. Some of the staff in other places have been surly.
Reviewed as a burger van not a haute cuisine restaurant. Fantastic location and great burgers etc. Friendly staff too
