Delicious mushroom burger and pina colada milk shake. Food is 5 stars just there is tape on most of the seats so giving 4 starts for experience.
Great tasting burger, loved the spicy fries. Superrrr friendly staff, very welcoming. Love the atmosphere. Definitely worth it. Definitely recommend coming here and trying it out for yourselves. Will not be disappointed. Thank you Burger Boy
The best burger joint in town, and it always has been! We had breakfast this day, and it was delicious for a great price. We even got coffee poured by the the super nice girl. Their burgers and shakes are always award winning. The true Red Deer experience!Food: 5/5
Food was amazing! Loved the old school atmosphere. I'm so happy we accidentally stumbled on this place. It was a short walk from the only fast e-charger in Red Deer. Unfortunately not sure we'll be back as we need towns with better electric vehicle infrastructure & Red Deer is far behind other towns in the area.Food: 5/5

I love Burger Boy and as much as it pains me to say this and this is more a City of Red Deer problem thus the 5 stars, the crime rate in the area is so substantially high that I don't feel comfortable getting my food. If Burger Boy ever were struggling, I'd hope for a relocation reconsideration before closing up for good. The shake and burgers have felt consistent but so good forever. Just to be clear, this is not a review about one visit in particular, just all together. Kid-friendliness: Last I remember there being arcade games there. I don't remember anything specific about them though. Parking: Lock your doors and hide your valuables. Homeless shelter right across the narrow street. Ample amount of stalls. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped sidewalk, not in a wheelchair personally. Can't completely remember anything else about if there's automatic doors, toilet railings, etc.
It seems the Burger Boy in Red deer Alberta, located in Lower Fairview, was once one of my favorite places to eat. But, the cook has changed and I did not enjoy a certain food that once was my favorite. A poutine. The fries were soft and cold. I ordered extra cheese paid an outrageous $3.00 extra and didn't see the difference. The burger was good. The milkshakes are very delicious. Over all the service was great, the food ok. I would go back again. But I won't ever get their Fries. Curly fries are really good. The prices are a bit too high for the quality. Kid-friendliness: The dine in area is perfect to bring children to. With plenty of room for wheelchair accessibility and roomy parking and many spots right in front by doors, as well on the side by exit/entrance access door. Parking: Located very close to the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: Has accessibility but maybe a bit difficult, width wise..
I lived in Red Deer for 4 years and moving away day was the most glorious day ever with the exception that I couldn't bring Burger Boy with me. This is one of the 2 places I would actually go out of my way to stop in at if I was driving by Red Deer and honestly my first choice. Craving a burger and milkshake like crazy right now
Decided to slide out and grab some burgers tonight and after finding both 5 Guys and Fatburger closed we decided to hit up Burger Boy. They didn’t disappoint at all! The burgers and fries where fresh and delicious. The bun was so soft it added to the burgers flavour. My boy had a shake and loved the flavour and thickness of it. From placing our order to having food in hand was a matter of a few minutes they know how to serve people right. Both front end ladies where so nice and greeted everyone walking through the door like they knew who you where. Amazing service! We will definitely be putting this place on top of our list for Burgers and Fries the next time we have that craving. A picture is worth a thousand words!
Great home style burgers. Stopped there by accident. We're trying to go to an A&W that didn't exist.... Burger boy had much better burgers and it's not like A&W are bad burgers....
