If you're looking for a place in Verdun, it's hard not to come across the faces of the Tardif Team (Équipe Tardif) on a "for sale" sign. And for good reason: they are a really top notch bunch. Amanda and I had been living in a 2 bedroom condo we had bought in Verdun in 2012. When we started planning to have kid #2, we decided the time was right to start looking for a bigger place. We weren't sure what we wanted. We might want a triplex with rental income; we might want to keep our place to rent out and buy a bigger place; and so on. We spent a pile of time hunting around ourselves for a new home (Centris, MLS/CREA websites). Eventually we realized we needed help and expert advice to connect a sound financial plan with the various property options. Initially, we were skeptical about going with the biggest name in real estate in our area. We figured that the Tardif Team might have early access to spots that weren't yet listed, but we were worried that we'd be dealing with a "sales person" and we really don't like that kind of BS. That worry couldn't have been further from the truth. The people on the Tardif Team are very professional, there isn't a hint of "sales person" sleaze in any of them, they gave us their honest opinions and were extremely patient with us as we explored dozens of properties over the course of more than a year. They also stuck with us and supported us when, as luck would have it, the deals on two accepted offers fell through. Finally, we found our match. We love our new home! We also cannot more highly recommend the Tardif Team. In fact, we've stayed in touch and still chat from time to time. We consider these people friends and that's an outcome we never expected from a real estate transaction. I personally promise you will be very happy working these people.

Très belle équipe. À l’écoute de nos besoins et surtout très pro-active. L’équipe Tardif a su rester professionnelle du début jusqu’à la fin. Même après deux expériences avec l’équipe Tardif la qualité du service est demeurée impeccable. Merci!
