We had such a pleasant experience on a rainy Thursday afternoon. There were three ladies working who were very welcoming and helpful. We had two helping the three of us. Both soooo nice. The third woman helped another impatient quirky fellow with a smile. Friendly and helpful. I think all three just went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Definitely not something the DMV in our part of Massachusetts is known for. So happy to be living in Maine with such great people. Would recommend this office to Everyone we know.

First I got my permit, then my license 364 days later. Effortless to get helped. Instructor was friendly!

I went in to renew my license here at 8:45 in the morning. As soon as I took a ticket my number was called. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. We talked about family and memories. I was in and out in a total of 8min. Thank you for a pleasant early morning tryptophan the DMV.
