Very big store with large variety of items. Laptops, Computer accessories, Printers, Households, Chairs, Tables, etc. Clean, Big, Friendly Staff, Parking Available, Large Variety of items. None.
Don't waste your money at Bureau en Gros – the staples are terrible! They're flimsy and always fall out, so you'll end up having to buy twice as many to get the job done. And good luck finding the right size – they don't seem to carry anything but the most common ones. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Over and beyond helpful, professional and friendly staff and service! I am so impressed after spending a good hour there for laptop purchase and all, there are so many options! No question goes unanswered by the manager! All staff have a good atmosphere to work in! From a very satisfied and recommending customer! Thank you all! Remember be kind and it will be served!

Often, on my way to ormstown or Huntington where I have people, even though I'm traveling from Montreal, I like to stop off at this office supply store place, known as Staples and the rest of Canada but known as Bureau en Gross here in Quebec. It's on the east side of the main part of valleyfield Quebec. It's a nice area and it's more like countryside than hardcore City. And it shows in how nice the people generally are. This is a very big store and one of the reasons I like to stop off here is further Bureau en Gros liquidation bins. We weren't terribly fortunate because it was September 2021. Early August or even July perhaps, would have seen more great price sales in their discount bins. But when school started or school supplies got advertised those discounts always seem to be far less attractive. Good store and it's nice and big. And it has all the stuff you need. Even if I prefer to buy my paper for printer supplies at Costco, sometimes the store has big sales on that make it exceptionally competitive to everybody for specific things as specific times. But if you need all the school and office supplies in one place including computers and more, than this is the type of store one goes to. This one near valleyfield Quebec has the vibe of country folks and easier going people that are nicer than inner city folks that get stressed up a heck of a lot more .
By far THE best staples I've visited. There tech guy's know their basics and can help. One of the store managers is a genuine artist, she is excellent I recommending art or writing supplies.
Good overall service. They are some worthy sales there, but generally we can get most of the items they sell, though in different brand but same quality, for way cheaper at other stores. You just gotta check the price first. Their online prices do not always match the in-store price, even for "in-store only" items.
Amazing store ! If you love painting and drawing and writing like me this is your number 1 stop to make . Bureau will fill all your needs for any sort of office supply to fun children crafts . And let's not forget the great monitors TVs laptops etc. Yep amazing store . Definitely recommended
Bought a Canon Pixma G3260 mega tank printer, the sells clerk help me make the right choice for my needs. He was very polite and courtious. I recommend you to go there when you need anything because they will take there time to help you to make the right purchase you need.
