I had a terrible experience at Bureau En Gros when trying to return an item to Amazon. Amazon sent me an email instructing me to drop off the return at this location, but when I arrived, the staff working that day were extremely unprofessional and rude. One employee, in particular, was very disrespectful and had no sense of customer service. Instead of helping, she made the process frustrating and unpleasant.nnIf you’re looking for a smooth Amazon return experience, I recommend avoiding this location. The service is extremely slow, and the workers are not able to work their own system. I believe the store and employees would benefit from better training and more organization, as their 3 workers stay together to process each client, building the queue when they could work individually.nnPrinting division, “Center for Solutions”
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life! We kept asking for help over and over with no help whatsoever! The incompetence and disrespect was surreal! For 30 mins we were trying to ask them to help us and all of them were just standing around watching us! It was supposed to be easy. We went in to print pictures and not one person was able to do it for us! Not only that but because they were taking so long to help us we ended up being there past closing and that was the only time they actually gave us attention was to tell us to get out of the store! Horrible!

who knows printing a picture could be so difficult? hire new employees without a stank attitude, ewnndon’t expect the rude teenagers to help you with the most simple task in the entire universe. she said i couldn’t print out pictures on their printers because “the printer doesn’t know how big the pictures are” girl what? lol
