Edit: they actually took my concern into consideration, it was a busy day and I was unfortunate, I am changing my score from 2 to 5.nI am giving 5 stars because of two things: the store is super well organized and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.nnOriginal comment:nWait lines are extremely inefficient, 30min to serve 4 or 5 clients.
Never had a problem with the store neither the staff. But today when coming to collect my package, a young girl working at the counter really made me feel ridiculous by the way she talked as if I was back in highschool dealing with teens full of attitudes: clicking her tongue, rolling her eyes, smirking, and dismissing me with a wave of her hand. I was a little tired and tried to be real nice but this employee needs to have some training about how to treat clients. I hope the store would do better to address this.
When they don't want to print your work they will give you a list of reasons that don't make sense!nWhen they actually do print your work, it always comes with mistakes, misprints, bad cutting, they have wasted so much of my time!nI
Instead of paying employees to look bored on their personal cell phone. You could forward the store receiving calls to them phones . And like this you will less look like your laundering money by paying over staff or what not
Took me to come three times to the store just to get a passport photo taken for an application, first photo was taken under poor light condition and outside of requested photo specifications, 2nd time the photograph was taken after sharing number for digital copy I wasn’t able to download the photograph. Lack of attention to details is appalling…
