I was very fortunate to have the manager, Brandon, help me out with my recent purchase. I was looking for a high end office chair. I hve been looking for some time. I'm a film editor and really need a top quality office chair. I found one I loved. I took down the specs and shopped around. I came back to this store after looking at different sites online. The system showed one chair in stock but was not available. Brandon went out of his way to find this specific chair for me and had it shipped from Toronto. Excellent products and service. Customer support resolved - good job - best that I've encountered - Bravo.nnOld dispute with a none observant clerk at store - 1 Overcharged at cash on item listed at store on sticker price 2 They forgot to apply store coupon 3 Asked receipt by email - they forgot 4 When asked to correct, instead of credit, he resubmitted as charge therefore making item 2 x more expensive.nn5 When redoing cash register checkout 3rd time, he didn't apply correct price, didn't apply store Coupon credit - person was totally spaced out and I would have overpaid product by 120 %nnUpdate: Customer Support resolved issue when read post, immediately informed to email them and also store called me to come on ever and credit on errors. Nice
Attention upper management / Head office,nnThis past weekend the 22nd I went to Bureau en Gros at the Kirkland location to create some prints for a presentation I am putting together.nnI was very fortunate to meet and work with Beatrice.nMy experience working with Beatrice was not generic customer service at all but rather professionalism at it's best.nnFrom start to finish, she was very attentive, meticulous , patient and even made the extra effort to offer various suggestions with the intention of improving some of the things I wanted done that I did not even consider myself!nnAll this was carried out with a very positive, professional and willing approach. Slightly over an hour I will add.nnThe end results exceeded my hopes.nnIt is paramount that Upper Management even the Head office be made aware of the dedication that their employee Beatrice puts into her work and that it is recognized in her performance evaluation and this review be added to her file as well.nnExcellent work and thanks!nn-John
The staff in the printing area are friendly, that is not the issue, but ordering things to be printed online at this location is a total gamble. 3/4 times orders for us have been lost, forgotten, misplaced, etc. So don't order anything to be printed here online if you're not willing to have to be ready to follow up or your prints are of a time sensitive manner. Last order was made Dec 12th, finally picked them up today on January 9th. 2 small 3x5 photos that were supposed to be part of an Xmas gift...
Very bad service from the printing team. Went there this past Saturday and got great service for printing names on folded papers and was told to come back with the list of names on a PDF file and they would be ready in one business day. Came back on Monday and the person working there was not willing to help. All he was saying is we don't do that, we can't do it etc..nThen another employee came to say well we could do it badly, it'll take 5-7 business days and it'll cost you alot more than initially told. When I confronted her that another employee told me otherwise 2 days ago her answer was well we have untrained employees.....nnEveryone there seemed to not be willing to help or even explain anything. They were just complaining on why I didn't order it online and came to see them instead.nnEnded up going elsewhere to save me the headache, very bad customer service.
