The store is tidy and clean. HOWEVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE COPY AND MARKETING CENTER! Every time I go, I stand be in line at least an hour before even talking to anyone at the copy center. Spoke to the manager who instead of helping went and hid in the back store. Disgusting management of the department, the worst of all the bureau an gros locations that I've dealt with so far! Even tried going through the online ordering so I would just pick up, same crap. Unless you're in and out to buy things off the shelf, avoid at all costs!
I just had the pleasure of meeting Nathalie and Christopher, and wow, what an experience!nnFrom the moment we connected, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely patient with my request which I truly appreciated!. They made everything feel easy and enjoyable, and you can tell they really care about what they do and the people they serve.nnHonestly, hats off to both of them, service like this deserves to be celebrated. If anyone’s handing out raises or bonuses, they should definitely be at the top of the list!nnThank you both for such a great experienceyou made my day!
EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED.nThe employees were very nice and trying their best to accommodate but it’s impossible to get anything done with how little staff there is vs how many people needed services.nWaited an over an hour to print a simple 20 page document and had to leave before it was done bc the machine broke and no employees available to help.nIt also charged me 45$ for the print service and I cancelled the job but don’t know if I will get refunded for it.nGo anywhere else if you actually want to be served
I went to get 3 small posters laminated. They charge me 27$ make me wait one hour! The Poster they tried to laminate got completely ruined with ripped plastic on it. Very incompetent employees who don't know what they are doing. They ended up refunding me making me a photocopy of the my now ruined broken posters with tick ripped plastic all over it. But my poster is not replaceable as it is limited edition. They refunded me, gave a 10 $ rabait card's and a photocopy of my Poster they originally DESTROYED. I got here at 15H53 and only got out after 17H00 pm for a simple tasks that normally goes well at every other bureau en gros. Completely ruined my day. Thanks to the incompetent employees at the counter
I ordered photos online and received the “Order Ready for Pickup” email, so I went to the store the same day expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I was stuck waiting nearly 30 minutes from 12:13 to 12:42 for a $5 prepaid 4x6 photo order. There were only THREE people ahead of me, and their orders were not complicated at all. The problem was the unbelievably slow pace of the staff. I have never seen service move this slowly for something that should take seconds. Waiting half an hour for a simple prepaid photo pickup is beyond ridiculous and actually diabolical. This was my first experience with this store, and it will absolutely be my last.
