Nice staff, a good selection of products and great location with free parking. I particularly am fond of the service I receive at the printing department. Very kind and patient staff! Sometimes it’s hard to get someone to help you though when you are looking for something or would like guidance. Maybe they are understaffed.
I like to stop by to print things once in a blue moon. Nice self-serve features with their printers. They have a cool feature where you can video call a customer service representative in the store, pretty neat innovation!!
I've been shopping here quite often now and the service here is just perfect. You can pretty much ask any employee about certain articles and they help you out right away. Especially this younger employee, called Raphael I believe, who seemed like he's been working there for years just by his attitude and common sense.
The associate Raphael was extremely helpful! He had many clients and was busy but helped me pick the right product. 10/10 would recommend this location, the staff is very nice.
