When I first came to bureau en gross I was overwhelmed with the task at hand. Scan some documents to PDF and send them in an email. I never done this before. What do I do? Who do I call? Once I entered the building I was greeted by Jessey. I told him what I needed to do and he sprung into action! With a smile he took charge scanning the documents like a super hero one at a time no paper cuts, safety was primary objective after extraordinary customer service. Jessey you deserve a medal. Thank you so much for making sure my important documents were handled with care and submitted. Not all hero’s wear capes. God Blessnn5 stars!
Jessie and his manager have been extraordinary today! I had a VERY large package to return and at first we were not sure if it would be accepted by the parcel company byt they kindly gave me opportunity to repackage it to make it fit rather then simply declining the drop off. I really appreciated their collaboration!!
Advice: Bring your own packaging tape for any online return item submission.nnI went to this place for an online return item submission. It was an inconvenience for me because it seems like for a few cents of profit, I was asked by the customer service rep to purchase a packaging tape instead of them just taping the package for me 60cm worth of tape.nnTwo star given because atleast they printed the barcode sticker and that I didn’t have to buy a printer as well. I was surprised to be honest after the lady denied packaging tape. Thank you for that;nnOverall, it was not a pleasant experience. I will avoid this hassle for the future.nnNot recommending
Your typical Bureau en Gros but the employees are very helpful. Went to print some pictures and even if the print system didn't work, the employee took care of it and did it on their own system, making sure the prints came out good. Lots of art supplies too.
Good service, polite employees. Prices are not the best but the aren't that bad either specially with the fact you can find a lot in a single place
