The only reason why i didn't give this location a 1 star is because of the friendly staff, it would have been very easy to give 5 stars if they kept the front of the shop and entrance clean and hygienic. I have literally stepped on dog poop more than once entering this shop that i have now resorted to either visiting their Thickwood location or going elsewhere. I have seen a dog in this shop too so i assume thats the one that litters the place with poop. Apart from it being a bad thing it's also a health risk even to people who dont even go there but just pass by so please do something about it. If whoever that owns the dog responsible is lazy to clean after it then please dont bring it to work. The staff are all very friendly and professional people who really know their staff & would hate to see their professionalism being tarnished by something like this
