We went on a Wednesday afternoon was able to get seated right away, always drove by this place and always crowded at night so I’m glad we finally got to try it. Nice atmosphere, the pretzels were really good came with cheese sauce & butter. Staff was efficient & friendly. Definitely coming back.
I have had wonderful experiences in the past, which is why I thought it would be a great place to grab a lunch. Unfortunately today, while the restaurant was DEAD, we were sat and our server Amy didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes. We ordered our drinks and placed an order for appetizers. Our appetizers came before our drinks. We waited 25 minutes for a mimosa, and ended up canceling the order for a beer. When I asked for the check, the beer that we never received was still on the bill. I have NEVER had such a poor experience here. Extremely disappointed.
Worst service I visited today second time this today! At first time I was sitting next to bar, I order couple drinks first and crunchy food, they server me food after half hour and it was completely cold like it just came out form frozen, today I went again just because it is near by, place was completely empty only 1-2 people and 5-6 staff members, again today I sit next to bar, I was waiting for staff to order, I look around all staff members were just talking/chilling. After 15 mins a person came, I asked for my drink , in that drink there was only soda test nothing else. I was completely disappointed and ask for bill, the gave me bill right away and after that another staff member came and ask me “sir what can I get for you today?I was busy with work so I could not help you!” I feel, There should a dislike buttons to give Review for this kind of service.
Visited this place for a business lunch meeting. Has it’s pretty open, and large. I can see supperwhen back to normal time would be quite busy. I had the Ale house burger, and ordered it medium. The service was really good. The burger was just average. IMO it was cooked a little on the done side. I would try this place again though, and try another burger on the menu.
This is no longer Bulldog Ale House, but Honeyberry Pancake and Cafe. It reopened several months ago as a breakfast restaurant after an incident at the Ale House, last year. We arrived around noon, and expected to wait. We were told it would be about 10-15 minutes. About 5 minutes later, we were seated. The wait staff was quick to greet us, and asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered juice and he said he would be right back with our order. After a few minutes, he returned with our juice and asked if we were ready to order. We gave him our orders, and he thanked us. After about 7 minutes, our order was served. The omelet was done well, not runny. The ingredients in the omelet were plentiful, not skimpy. The hashbrowns were crispy and not overdone. We will definitely come back.
Great place to grab a beer and food in a sports bar configuration. There is a main floor and an upstairs area to eat and drink. They have a large bar if you want to belly up to it. There is a small casino in back like most other places. Decent food and beer and they have special pricing all the time.
Amazing caprese and many vegetarian options, you can basically make anything a veggie burger. Also gluten free friendly, as I went with two gluten free friends. Fries are amazing, the sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had tried some when one of my friends ordered them. Outdoor seating is also quite nice, especially on a cool day. Over all very happy with my experience and plan on returning in the future.
Their turkey club sandwich was most excellent. 3 out of 4 of our part order it and did not disappoint. Very delicious.
Came here with friends one night. Waited 45m for a table. When it became available they walked us back to it to find some randos from the bar had taken it. They shrugged at us and said "sorry". We effed off to go somewhere less awful. I've never been back.
We visited on a Tuesday afternoon and were the only people in the restaurant. We had our 1 year old son with us and were seated at a booth that is raised on a platform so even if they would have offered to provide a high chair, which they didn't, it would not have reached the table. Our waitress was super nice. Our food came out quickly but we did not get our appetizer and there was no chicken on my Cajun chicken pasta. There were only two sets of silverware so my son and I had to share a fork, which was fine since I had to hold him in my arm since a booster seat was not offered either. We were not checked on the whole time we ate so I was not able to ask for the chicken to be added to my meal,. Our waitress came over finally to apologize once she realized she forgot our appetizer and I said it was totally fine as long as we weren't charged. I also asked that I not be charged for the chicken, since it was not on my pasta. The manager discounted that dish by 50 percent which was very nice. Then we had to wait a long time for our card to be taken and pay so that we could leave. Just a lot of miscommunication and mistakes that make it unappealing to revisit.
