Glass shard in the 5lbs cashew bag. This is not the first time. But this time I was able to get the piece before eating it. I thought it was maybe a hard shell that was missed. NOPE!!! GLASS!!!!!! Have manager email me immediately as no one answers the phone.nnUpdate: please be aware that a representative from bulk mart has reached out and we have concluded that it is not bulk Mart who is at fault however it is the supplier. We are proceeding to contact the supplier, but please be aware that if you bought cashews crushed to check and make sure that there are no pieces of glass in the 5 pound bags. Bulk mart overall is a five star service however till this situation is rectified, the rating will stay at one star, Once rectified five star rating will be given
Cool wholesaler, I found a 24 pack of Arizona iced tea - ginseng & honey the original flavor for a good price.nnI could not find this item anywhere else, the convenience stores charge like $2.50 a can. I bought in bulk for $1.50 a can.nnI was in and out within 10 minutes. Pickup was nice and easy. The lady that helped me was nice as well.
They have amazing deals. The store is organized. You can easily find the products you need.
The worst customer care ever, don’t order anything from here. They rescheduled orders without notifying a customer, don’t answer the phone for days. I placed an order 10 days ago and still got nothing. In the end of the story, I cancelled my order and they got 15$ penalty from me nnUPDATEnnTimeline:n1. Online order was scheduled to arrive on Wednesdayn2. On Tuesdaya day before at 8am I suddenly received several calls while she was sleeping, from this company. I called back later and nobody answered.n3. On Tuesday evening they called back and said that “since you haven’t responded to phone” why should she?, order is rescheduled to this Thursday. Note that Thursday not Wednesday, which is original order delivery date. Also the person on the phone was rude and blaming me for not answering the call.n4. I received an email with info that an order is going to be received this Thursday.n5. On Thursday nothing happens. Nobody notified of anything, there is no order.n6. On Friday there is no order either, without any notification. I called “customer service” during working hours and nobody answered. Our calls were redirected to voicemail which is full, so we could not leave any message. I wrote an email.n7. On Saturday I received an email stating that the order is scheduled to be delivered on next Wednesday OR Thursday. Meanwhile there was no notification or email about this next week arrangement, nothing.n8. I started arguing and she got lied directly to my face: company said that during the last call,norder was rescheduled to next week, not this week; meanwhile an email from the company that states the contrary apparently means nothing.n9. Of course with this “customer service”, order must be canceled since this company doesn’t deserve a single cent. Then company started demanding a cancellation fee, which is completely unreasonable, considering the service. What’s more, company demanded! me to delete my review in Google maps, without promising anything.nnThere is an email confirmation of everything I say. Honestly it’s so rare to see such a bully company. I still don’t know how will this end, but so far it’s terrible, as stated in my original review.
I'm discounting 2 stars from this place for charging me 25% of my order for being late to pickup.nnWe explained that this was due to a death in the family. However, they didn't care. I understand restocking fees on cancelations. However, this was a fee for late pickup of a single box. It hardly feels like this cost them $15. To pass this cost on to me and give me this experience just cost your company way more than $15 in future lost sales.nnEnjoy the $15. It will be the last you get from us.
