Staff behavior is very good. The stuffies' quality is good and kids love here because the staff care about their ideas and the toys. And the whole process of entering to exit is fun!

So much fun! There are endless options and everything is set up so well. We got a baby yoda for a Christmas present and the experience was really fun!

Nostalgic and SO cute. Totally worth a trip, whether you're a parent with little kids, or a 20-something looking for a slice of childhood.

Great staff and clean environment however do expect a wait now with their Covid-19 procedures. I was hoping to grab a new outfit for my bear and I was told that it would be a three hour wait on their wait-list to get into the store. Super disappointed but hopefully it doesn't continue to be a long wait moving forward.

Good selection, good service, helpful and friendly. Jamie did great to help me out to pick a bear for a gift.

Great fun, especially when you get the birthday bear and only pay the child's age. The staff were lovely and really help the kids get into the experience. The bill goes up fast when you're picking out clothes and accessories. My daughter loves hers so much, I think she's asleep next to it.

Always is a plessure to go in to the store. You find any kind of bears and the services with the children are amazing!!!!
