What an experience. Age is just a number. And in this store i just felt young and in security. A childhood feeling that we all sometimes miss. I wish they had more choices but is oki. I loved the way the staff welcome you. So nice. Caring. You get so many choices of garnment and accessories sooo cute. From ballerina to yoda to bugs bunny unicorn to stitch just go and find out for youself. Much fun. Its worth the visit.
I’ve been to many stores Christmas shopping and there were only two that gave me excellent service and this was one of them! The staff were engaged, happy and joked with each other. The child in front of me who was getting a bear had to rub the heart on his shoulder, back, knees, etc and was given all the reasons why. Thank you for the great service.
I wish I would have grabbed the name of your employee that helped me today. They were incredibly kind and helpful, plus they went above and beyond to go grab me an outfit from the back as it was not on the floor. I also appreciate them making this 24 year old anxious graduate super comfortable. It's an experience I will never forget, thank you!
The staff is very courteous and polite. The girl help us step by step. Although paying 75$ for a teddy bear is insane and over priced, there is something about it that your child gets attached to it instantly. Totally worth the experience and our kids faces and happiness.
Great experience whenever we come here. Itema are up to date qith what's currently while stadf are kind and inclusive. These people really care about the little kids. Thank uou for making our experience spectacular!
Love the experience had an amazing time, staff is friend and the store is very clean for what they do.
Super kind staff, very friendly great choice of toys. Awesome place for kids and adults alike
Stuffies range anywhere from $15-$50 and accessories seemed to be around $5 to $20. There’s multiple add-ons for every stuffed animal — add a sound, add a heartbeat, add a smell. Every single option beyond just stuffing your plush costs more, even the box to bring them home in. The Ottawa store itself looks like it’s seen better days, many accessories were running low, staff mostly kept to themselves. Stuffing process was okay, seemed a little rushed — I expected a little more oomph and magic for the price tag. Selling a total experience would have made the final cost a little more worth it, at the end it just felt like a cash grab.
Abby clearly does not like kids and made our experience in the store today quite miserable. For the price of the product, the overall experience for the child must be considered. She wouldn’t let my kid put the heart in because she said he would “just pull on the bear”. I had to coerce her to allow me to assist my child in putting the heart in and she didn’t do any of the additional gimmicks - it was just a stuff n go experience. She couldn’t get rid of us soon enough. The manager is encouraged to hire people who are ready to go above and beyond to put a smile on the face of a child.
Literally worst customer service experience from start to finish. Placed the order over the phone Canada and was told THREE times that the price she gave me was CAD. Checked my account I was USD so way more than she quoted. Was told the $19.95 shipping included taxes and duties, for it to come via fex ex with a $19 duty bill to be paid at the door. Was told a manager would contact me about the duties as their website states that all duties and fees are included in Canadian shipping , two weeks and haven’t heard a thing. On top of that I didn’t get my bonus points for my purchase and now have to wait for someone to ‘contact me’ again. … literally NEVER again. A bear ended up costing over $100 with no accessories.
