Highly recommend everyone try this place! It is very difficult and rare to find Uyghur food in this part of North America and the cuisine seems to a wonderfully unique blend of South Asian, Chinese and Turkish flavors At least that's how I would describe it. I got the spicy fried noodles and the spicy chicken dish comes with noodles. They're both great! The spicy fried noodles are more on the milder side while the spicy chicken is on the spicier end. The hand pulled noodles are deliciously chewy and very flavorful. It is an honor to support your small business. I will gladly cross the US Canada border again just for your food.
Lovely family-run Uyghur restaurant, lamb kebabs were amazing. Some menu items weren't available during out visit due to holidays, will return again to try the rest.
Wonderful restaurant with amazing Central Asian cuisine. Flavors that are hard to pin down, but very enjoyable. The best way I can describe it is Chinese food mixed with fusion of Turkish and South Asian spices. My family loves the spicy chicken with hand pulled noodles. It says no delivery or closed on skip the dishes uber eats, door dash but if call the restaurant they are open from 11am- 9pm. Also if you call, the owner can sometimes provide delivery. Owner and family is friendly. Best of all it is halal. A true hidden gem.
Imagine Chinese Turkish Muslim cuisine, then it is Uygur! The noodles are fresh and hand made. I really liked their taste. I recommend their skewer Kawap kabob, and special Lagman. The owner knows Turkish as well I tested him :D For muslims: it is halal! Enjoy!
Was a kind of cultural hub spot in Windsor. Survived the pandemic but found closed now. Hope everything will be fine and well with the couple who was running this. Only spot in the area where one can enjoy the exceptionally good quality Uyghur food
Loved the food. Good quantity and sufficient portion
Such wholesome and tasty food! Must visit!!
The owner treats you like family and I cannot say enough about the delicious hand-pulled noodles. We had the naan different than the traditional and samsa with spicy chicken. So much food and the naan is amazing dipped in the spicy chicken sauce. The decor is plain but the food is not. If you like new cultural food experiences, give it a shot!
First time trying Uyghur food and it did not disappoint. We ordered the spicy chicken with hand pulled noodles, as well as the pilav, and both dishes were delicious and had great flavours. The family was also warm, friendly and offered great customer service. We will definitely return in the future.
This family-run restaurant serves amazingly flavourful, delicious food. I love the pilaf and spicy chicken plate with hand-pulled noodles, and would recommend them as "Must-Try"s! If you've never tried Uyghur food before, this is the place to go. And if you have, please keep showing them your support!
