Buffalo Wild Wings

This is one of my favorite BWW locations. Having the option of the outdoor patio in the warmer months is great. Always friendly staff and great food!

I went here for the Mayweather fight last night and I walked away extremely impressed. 1. Our server Katie was amazing. Probably the best I have had in years. It is refreshing to have a server that actually tries and cares! We had to be there for 4+ hours and she smiled the whole time and never got flustered. Thank you Katie! 2. They were at capacity and we never had to wait for anything. 3. The entire staff was shockingly friendly and polite. Maybe I am just getting used to all rude people in the world...

Service was great. I'm not crazy for wings and/or chain restaurants, but everyone in our party seemed happy. My chicken sandwich was good and my beer was cold.

I ordered a Cheeseburger with bacon, fries, and cheesecake bites To-Go Online. My pick up time was 6:50 Oct. 24th. I understand that it gets really busy during dinner hours which is fine for the delay. I didn't get my food until 7:05 and I paid Cash. My fries were cold and soaked in grease making them SOGGY. My burger was CHARRED and had NO lettuce or pickle on it which I made specific in my order. I also cheesecake bites which I paid $4 for, I got ONLY 8 bites. I asked for chocolate sauce and recieved caramel. I expected to have a longer late, but I would also expect my order to be correct and NOT COLD. Worst Take Out Experience.
