Buffalo Wild Wings

Good waitress and good food, poor hostess and not properly trained. 30 minute wait and tables were sitting for 10 minutes uncleaned. Would have been better if they were organized and had bussers instead of the waiters/waitresses trying to clean the tables and take care of their own tables at the same time.

Manager Tim was really rude at first when issue was bought out to him. I had order some extra crispy wings and when they were bought out I could tell they weren't crispy at all nor was there really any sauce on them so when expo bought out the food I had asked to get my order re made but manager Tim came to address me that the wings did have sauce on there and pointed to the expo to bring it back to show it to me. I really was holding back to say anything because I myself work in the service industry and know that is a big no no obviously there wasn't sauce covering the wings especially if I'm paying 20$ for wings there can be at least some sauce on there. I would have not said anything If there wasn't an issue but the way he confirm the issue seem like it was more of an argument. I will not be going back to that Buffalo Wild Wings because of the way the issue was handle. Server was great though very caring and apologized for everything.

Very friendly service. Received good service even though they were very busy when we got there. Good food too.

Went in looking forward to it and I walk up the host stand and the young boy host just stared at me and started talking to the other hosts and they both completely ignored me so I walked out. Great way to pay attention and treat customers! Avoiding this place for next time!
