Buffalo Wild Wings

Had order some 10 piece bone-in but as you can see in the picture it's a boneless wings. Not even a 10 piece either. The wings wasn't that great and I was very disappointed. Overall experience 2/5 stars.

I stopped in to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat and have some drinks. The burger I ordered was good. But, the bartender that served me was just as good as Veronica, maybe better. Both of them have served me and were my bartender at different times. Both women, in my opinion, are probably the best bartenders in Sioux City, hands down.nKendra was my bartender on this visit and she was so friendly, she makes an awesome margarita and she made my food order right. I spoke with Ricky, the manager and gave him nothing but awesome praise about Kendra and the kind of service she gave me and I told him that I believe that Kendra should be the next best bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings and in Sioux City. I have never had a bad bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings. I will keep on coming back for the food and drinks, but probably more for the bartenders. The bartenders that I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings, to me, are the best bartenders in the whole Sioux City area. Way to go Kendra! You are the cats meow and one of the best bartenders in the whole Sioux City area.

4/20/24 Horrible experience. 25 minute wait to be seated, not bad and was to be expected. Waitress took approximately 20 minutes to take our drink and food order, horrible. Drinks delivered to the table in about 10 minutes but the food took nearly an hour. When the food came it was cold and did not show up together. Half of my sons meal came first then 10 minutes later my wife’s and mine came and 15 minutes after that the remainder of my sons meal and my daughters meal arrived.nTable was sticky there were no napkins. Restroom was dirty and paper towel dispenser was empty.nI will not be returning.

Saturday night, December 16th, arguably one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Waited no less than 40 minutes for a fresh beer and a channel change request. Walked by no less than a dozen times while other customers received attention. Add “staff size planning” as another “opportunity” for this location. I just need to stop coming here.

Our waitress was very sweet, but clearly didn't know what she was doing. She forgot my partner's order first off. Then when we were about to pay I noticed she handed me back the wrong card. It belonged to the man at the table by us, whom she had given my partners card to. She had also switched up the tickets. The food wasn't great either, it's way better in sioux falls.
