We had a great time with kids at this facility. We came in for lunch and the place wasn’t busy at all. The food came in quickly once it was ordered. Stay that served us was really friendly. She was really quick about getting the food orders and drinks. Kids loved their wings and the lunch promos they have are fabulous. I also ordered food to go and it came out pretty quickly. Would defiantly come back and try more.

Didn’t provide any of the requested ranch and missed 1 of the sauces for the wings. Wings were completely dry, as if they had been fried twice. Also crammed broken chips in the box for queso app so you get crushed chips. Money wasted on already over priced food and this isn’t the first time from this spot. UPDATE: they don’t send the points that they offer when trying to get you to remove your review. This really is one of the worst managed locations there is. Hit a wing stop if you live by this one.
I ordered 30 wings I was asked do you want blue cheese or ranch I SAID RANCH.... and got 1 tiny side of ranch called back nobody cared they said you probably asked for 1 ranch which nooo I said ranch knowingly 30 wings will bring me at least 5 ranch cups.... So I asked to talk to the manager put me on hold no manager they hung up I call back the manager says I wouldve given you at least 4-5 ranch my point exactly than she says come and pick up ranch and a free cheesecake? its 1031pm... Im not trying to be extra but its only common sense in restaurant rules or service or idk... They need hospitality training or idk portioning.... Mind you before that we placed the order on the phone went to pick up and they said there was no order under that name and the # I called was the same, so we ordered again at the restaurant and waited 30 more minutes for the food for this to happen I was just livid, youre home and cant enoy your food because the expectations were def different
I got the classic chicken wrap with onion rings. The onion rings, as always, were superb. The chicken wrap though... I was unimpressed. Seemed to be more tortilla wrap than ingredients and the chicken was a little hard. The service was great. They accommodated a group of 11 in the bar area in 10 minutes after telling us it would be a 40-50 minute wait. They waited on us immediately and the food came out impressively fast. Always a crowd favorite going to Buffalo Wild Wings!
Horrible I called to confirm they would make them extra wet and they gave me this. With a missing wing. They literally had no flavor. This is the second time they do this! I will never buy from this place again!
So when we first walked in, no one there to greet us wasn't sure if we were to seat our self or not. Then we walked to the pick-up area and then finally was asked how many and got seated. Sever was great she was very nice food was ok. There was a promotion of new sauces, and was interested in trying one but was told they didn't have it. Very disappointed
Food hot. But again. This has happened twice already. Actually three times. Where they didn’t remove tomatoes off a sand which. Forgot ranch. For veggies. Why ask for veggies if you’re not going to give them!!! You need to make sure that the door dasher or grub hub or Uber eats has the full order and the order is correct
They only had one server on the floor, and 1 guy standing around doing nothing. People were waiting to be seated. The food was pretty good, we would go back. The salad was great.Food: 4/5
Took forever to get waited on then other servers brought our appetizers out, almost done eating appetizers and still no drink. Finally seen our waitress asked for our drinks, she brings them and starts to walk away without asking us what we want to order. Table behind us got there at same time we did never got waited on
