Wow, only one of the sauces were actually covering the wings and all of the wings were stale and very over cooked to the point that they meat was crunchy. I looked at the menu and it listed ice cream with the chocolate cake but was told by the hostess that it's a 60 cent up charge. I mention that it's on their menu as included then she changed her answer to they didn't have any ice cream. I asked her what Asian zing was and she had no idea, if you are going to have a person taking people's orders they should at least know the flavors. A nice young man came over and I asked him, he also didn't know but went and got me a sample, I thought that was the correct way to handle it. I used the bathroom and the cold water was cut off. This establishment needs a lot of help bad hostess, bad cooks, and bad bathrooms.
I online ordered and the ordering system was great, That’s about it. We got thirty wings and got two small ranches which is definitely not enough? Our bird dawgs are genuinely a joke, like I laughed when I opened the box. And our chips and salsa, no salsa! I genuinely don’t understand, I’m especially mad about the bird dawgs like I don’t think I’ll even eat them. Edit: Forgot to mention that the wing sauce was either next to none or overkill and spilling into the bag.
So we have been here A LOT of times and have really been regulars. The service from some of the staff stopped us from coming here for awhile but tonight Eric totally changed that!!! Seriously the best service we have ever had here at this location. He was the only one waiting tables and bartending at the same time and he rocked it. He was attentive and super friendly. He was great with our kids too. He really went the extra mile to make the dining experience great. He totally made us want to come back. Food was great service was excellent. They need more employees like Eric!
My last few experiences at other BWWs have been really disappointing. I had pretty well given up on expecting a good experience at any location. This location was the exact opposite. Restaurant was clean, service was good, and the food was fast, hot and delicious. All members of my party thoroughly enjoyed the visit.Food: 5/5

It has been a very long time since I've had decent food and service at B-Dubs. This was great!! The chicken was actually juicy and flavorful, the fries were cooked to perfection, and the mozz sticks were delicious!!! The service was awesome and the restaurant was clean. I just wish we could go to this location more often. Thank you guys!Food: 5/5
Totally floored by tonights visit. It took them over an hour just for the two of us to get our food. Not to mention the guy next to us ordered before us and hadn't even received his food. We asked him which the waiter heard us asking him so the waiter said he was going to check on his to come out and be told they lost his order. That guy got up and left as I don't blame him. The atmosphere as soon as we walked in just seemed different. Just hope it changes as it totally changed our minds on this specific location.
Me and my companion cam for lunch. And it was Thursday so we got the buy one get one free on the boneless wings. The food got here fast and we got are drinks right away. They were mostly busy. Had good time and good music.Food: 5/5
The only thing good about this place is the food. Although we had to wait for over an hour to get it. Never got drink refills. Barely saw the waitress and never got some of the items ordered but they were on the bill, so had to wait even longer.
Ordered wings and a burger and fries the burger came out way before we finally got our wings waitress never said anything about it and never came back until she brought us the bill. I guess they don't offer refills of pop.Food: 4/5
