Terrible direction, deliveries should be the best service possible because there isn’t a face to face interaction with the customer. 8/10 times have been disappointed with an order. Food is going in the trash more than the first time because employees can’t follow the easiest of direction. This franchise is going downhill badly.

Huge improvement from the last couple of visits. We were greeted immediately. Staff were pleasant, upbeat and addressed requests quickly. We came in with 4 kids and everyone was kind and accommodating, no sighs or irritation about having kids with us. Host updated us about the wait and was quick to get us seated when tables became available. Server was great, my husband and I were both in the industry for over 10 years. Literally the only complaint is the bathroom, so cold, feels like you're going outside.

Seriously not sure why we keep giving this place a chance... we live up north. Family of 5 2 adults, 3 kids and kids menu item came out 5 minutes before anyone's order. Then a wrap and wings for the other 2 kids. Then 5 minutes later, husband's pizza. After all had their food, my nachos came 15 minutes later with melted cheese, a sparse handful of chicken and a huge plate of chips. So not worth this place. We don't come out as a family to eat in increments. Never a bad experience in Blaine.

Food tasted good, but they couldn't seem to get their act together. My wife's burger came out with fries, and she had upgraded to onion rings. It took three reminders to get the onion rings. Somehow, they lost my burger and had to remake it. When it did come out, it was fine. My wife ordered a mixed drink, and the server came back and said they were out of Amaretto, so they couldn't make it. She then asked for iced tea with sugar. The tea came out with artificial sweetener, so the server had to go back for sugar. When we asked for a refill on the tea, we were told that the tea dispenser was being cleaned, and they threw away the tea. Just seemed to be one thing after another. Our son, one grand daughter, and her boyfriend were there too, and were never offered beverage refills. Like I stated earlier, they just couldn't get it together tonight. Between the MN Gophers hockey tournament game and the UFC fights, it was pretty loud too.

This place never fails to disappoint. I just wanted to go out and not think about dinner and play some trivia. But what I got was an anxious server running around like a chicken with its head cutoff. Apparently, that night, they had a computer outage that caused severe delays in the kitchen. The staff ended up bringing out food individually and with long delays between them. 25 minutes passed between the time my daughter received her food and my wife. The boneless wings here keep getting smaller. I was able to play the trivia on my phone, but for some reason, my wife was not. The wings at Applebee's are better. I literally have no reason to come back here.

Orders placed at this location are consistently late, made poorly and often just not what I ordered. It's often painfully obvious that part of my order has been sitting for most of the 15+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready because it's already lukewarm from sitting on the rack when I get it. At this point it's not worth the high price to wait around and still get cold food, so I won't be coming back here anymore.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First off yall need to train your servers. As a former server I know what to expect. We sat down and waited 25 mins for the server to come get our drinks. Meanwhile I watch her go to a table to take an order then went to back to put it in the came out to drop a bill off and went back to run the card. She did one thing at a time and wasn't good with time management or dealing with multiple tasks at hand which are essential to good service. When she finally came to us we ordered food and drink. The food came out in 3 separate times. First fries which were cold then my partners food which was half gone before I even got mine which you could tell have been sitting under the warmer and the sauces were dried up. The server never came back to check on us. We had to ask two separate servers and even the host for drink refills, napkins, silverware and extra sauce for the dried wings. We finally saw the server again when we had to flag her down for the bill. Most of these things can be avoided with proper training.  Yes many places are under staffed but money hungry businesses don't need to make amateur servers run 10 tables. Close down tables and give them proper training.  I won't be back to this located. Over priced for the food and experience. Much like most of the recent reviews that I should have read before coming here...

I love BWW BEST WINGS IN Minnesota. Consistent, courteous and prompt service   Parking: Located in the Riverdale shopping center. Great location

As I am sitting inside this location patiently waiting. My hunger has become of me. Time now is 7:05, I arrived here at 6:10 and got seated immediately and placed our orders. Food is still not available for us to eat. Send Help, and refreshments.  Update: 7:10. Food arrived.

If my food would've been hot instead of warm when it finally came to my table after 25+ minutes I would've given the food 5 stars because it tasted good I had the dirty dub tots and I would've given service 5 stars if didn't have to wait so long to get my check. The server was very very friendly and sweetFood: 4/5
