The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination. I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month, Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I’ve been disgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company.
This place is a bar and grill chain. Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual overstimulation. I couldn't hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting...and we were! If you like this type of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many young folks there with young children which is astounding. Very expensive for what was ordered. Just under thirty dollars plus tip made it over thirty for 2 people and order consisted of a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and 2 diet colas. Food was mediocre - typical chain. Spouse did enjoy the Ghost pepper sauce and took some home, but they do not sell the sauce. Unique:. Food server on a paper sheet on top of an aluminum flat pan. Servers were some standoffish although pleasant and kept things well attended to. Manager was right on top of things and quite pleasant.
We ordered takeout. We were only given 2 ranch containers for 25 wings. The order taker was a little edgy with how I ordered, which is a let down when they don't provide the correct amount of dipping sauce. Food was great though!Food: 5/5
First time being at this location and it was not a good experience at all. We had to sit ourselves, once seated we never got offered drinks, the waiter took way too long to take our order, and our food came to the table ONE meal at a time. Overall the wait for everything was horrible. We will never be back to this location.
We eat lunch here at least once a week as a group and they have been pretty consistent. Wings stay tasting amazing.Food: 5/5
Amazing decline in the quality of the food to the point where the boneless wrap is more tortilla than actual filing. Almost could not find a place to sit as every table had the prior customers dishes on it and no one was in a rush to clear anything off. Also witnessed a cook his words not mine who appeared to be helping on the floor, yell at two older women when they picked up a drink menu and mistook it for a food menu. They clearly had never visited a BW3 before and again, since everything was taking so long, probably assumed that they needed to serve themselves.
Every time I try place an online order it'll let me add whatever I want to my bag, then tell me half of it is unavailable when I actually try check out. There's also no rhyme or reason for it... it seems like if I add one of the "bundles" or "combos" of wings/fries and maybe a drink it's "unavailable", but if I add exactly the same items individually they'll be available, but of course it costs more...
Went there to pick up my online order. Guy behind the counter wasn't very friendly or just acted like he hated working there. As for the wings, they were ok, not as good as they were when BWW first opened in Frankfort, and the carrots and celery that came with one of the orders weren't washed.Food: 4/5
Idk how you can mess up a salad but Bdubs finds a way. This is the saltiest salad I've ever had. No joke - salty as sea water. I got the Caesar Salad to try and be somewhat healthy and to be honest I think even a burger would be healthier than all this salt. Not only is the dressing basically concentrated salt water, the chicken is over-salted too. And the croutons. Every part of this salad is *extra* salty. I wanted salt to be on my fries, which were supposed to come with my order but were not included. Maybe they thought salting the salad was good enough. Either way, if you want something healthy, don't go here. Maybe a wings and burger joint isn't the best place to try and be healthy anyway, but perhaps they shouldn't even pretend to have healthy options if they're just going to be trash.
Paid $40 for extra wet honey bbq wings for my husband and I. I got over cooked and dry wings. I had to force myself to eat a few because I’m starving, thank god I at least had ranch to get them down with since they were so dang dry. This has happened the last three times I’ve ordered. We won’t be returning. I didn’t know it was that difficult to put extra sauce on over priced wings.
