Buffalo Wild Wings

This was the worst experience. I ordered food for pick up and got there at the time it said to pick up. I still waited 30 minutes and was still last to get food while others had come in to order to go and received their food. So I figured my order was lost or forgotten. Once I finally received my food it was cold and my wings barely had sauce. What a joke. I definitely would not recommend this location

This place is one of the worst Bdubs I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered from Uber Eats because I have covid. Jan 7, 2022. The chicken delivered was of poor quality; barely any sauce and pieces of chicken as small as quarters….I personally drove to the restaurant to have my food remade. Get home and now my 20 wing order is 16 wings…..this is joke. Call them again about their mess up again and the manager Jordan can only offer me the missing wings and/or a $5 gift certificate….what a waste of time and effort.

Very likeable staff and very patient. Out of the whole establishment 1/4 was occupied on a Wednesday 5pm. Burger had a nice taste but meat was a bit burnt in the crust. Fries were very good. Decent experience.Food: 4/5

I believe this was fault of the kitchen the most but our waitress also did not communicate and the manager never bothered to even talk to us. My brother ordered a pizza as an appetizer before we got there because he was hungry- it didn’t “arrive” until after our food came out- which was not fast either- took about an hour. He said “i don't want this anymore” and the waitress said that they had burnt the original one and thats why it took so long- but she did not communicate this to him until he asked about it an hour after ordering. My sister got the cauliflower wings - half one sauce and half a different sauce- she didn't get her CAULIFLOWER until after all of us were done eating 6 other people regular wings and burgers. She noticed that they actually were all 1 of the sauces she ordered and when she asked about it the waitress replied “oh we actually can’t do two sauces for the cauliflower wings so i added the other sauce on the side” which she didn't mention at all- until we asked when my sister noticed it. Nothing was taken off the bill nor did the manager come to talk to us even though there were 4 things that went bad during our dinner.

They ran out of traditional wings and chips. The time prior no margaritas? And a few times the wings were so tiny I wondered if they were using Cornish hens. I have been a faithful Bdubs customer but sadly this last experience may have been too much we also waited an hour for our first drink, no water, it was a mess. Staffing was an issue however I do not blame the hard working servers running around crazy like. I think it’s sadly the way it will be handled as these areas are still recovering and battling post pandemic supply shortage issues.

Our server was great and friendly. The food was fine, but not fantastic. The beer was nice and cold. It was a busy Saturday evening, and the rate of service seemed to keep up with the customers. But let's be honest, there's nothing spectacular about BWW except for cheap tap beer specials and reasonably priced food.Food: 3/5

Service was great but the mildew smell and the dirty drink cups. I'm okay on visiting again. I recommend no dish until they either clean or buy new dishware. The beer I ordered, had someone else's lip residue. The cleaning of the dish makes me question the cleanliness of the restaurant.

We hadn't been to BWW in a long time since our last few experiences weren't good, but we like the Parmesan Garlic sauce so we thought we'd give it another shot. Unfortunately this was another bad experience. They didn't have kids menus that kids could draw on while they wait for food, our drinks tasted weird like they hadn't cleaned the soda lines or maybe the water they used had a weird taste, the majority of our food took 30 minutes to come out but my meal didn't come out until we had been there for 40 minutes even though the whole restaurant had 3 tables of customers, the server didn't give us a heads up that the food was taking a while or acknowledge at any point that it was taking a super long time, and the restaurant was super drafty and cold every time the takeout door was open. I used to go to B-dubs all the time when I was a teenager and in college, but my husband and I have had bad experiences at multiple locations now so it must be an issue with the company culture/structure. I'm bummed, but we're just going to stop trying at this point. Kid-friendliness: There weren't any paper menus/crayons for kids to draw while they wait and our food took 30 minutes to come out.

Went here for lunch and left hungry. Wanted a chicken sandwich.. no chicken. Got a burger instead and the thing was falling apart after the first bite. At least the fries and the NA beer was good. This and all BWW will not be my first choice of places to go next time. To put this in to context, I rarely RARELY post negative reviews online.
