Not a bad place. Felt like I was in a cafeteria not a restaurant. The wings were ok. The waiter was good however his helper was very rude and displeasing to deal with. A bit pricey for some wings however if it is spice you are looking for they have it. The blazing Carolina Reaper wings are hot. I have done both the hot chip and hot noodle challenges and both were hot but not as hot as their wings.
First time visiting this location in many years. Waited 30 minutes for one 24 oz beer. My 2 kids got their pop luckily, so our appetizer didn't choke me too much. But only got service because we had to ask for it. Waited 20 minutes prior to getting a Hello. Just weird all around. Zero friendliness or just not good service. Food was ok enough. It's a trend for bad service at Buffalo Wild Wings apparently. It's not just this location either.
I ordered cauliflower wings with fries and a black bean burger with no cheese. I picked my food up and when I got home , I noticed the fries were cold and black bean burger had droplets of cheese on it as in someone had put a slice of cheese on it and removed it. What if I had an allergic reaction to cheese?! Not to mention the cauliflower wings were tasteless and had very little sauce on them. This place is usually good but lately its been hit or miss. It's like I have to dine in to get a good experience , because if you order online the food preparation is not as good. I'm so disappointed!!
The service was fine, you get about $40 worth of food for $80 and then when the food came out it was all freezing cold. Really felt like a waste of money.Disappointed.
Constantly disappointing. We ordered take out for my birthday. Every last thing was ice cold, the chicken barely had any sauce on it, the fries were burnt yet, still cold?. Just awful. I should have known better!Food: 1/5
The restaurant was very clean the food was exactly what we ordered and tasted exactly how we anticipated it to taste. The restroom was also clean the wait staff was friendly, however the wait staff was not very attentive. We had to wave them down on more than one occasion. There is ample seating both in the restaurant signed and in the bar. There appears to be many beers to choose from and just about any mixed drink you could think of.
Went in today and got wings as hard as the table. Sent them back and pretty sure I got the same wings right back and was told “they’re just like this today for some reason”. Service was quick tho. I bet considering my wings were cooked like a week ago
I had a good experience. The waitress was very helpful even let us change seats. I had the 10 pc boneless chicken with split sauce. And let me tell you if you like spicy then your good good if not watch out for that mango habanero! When I say REAL SPICY! I'm not playing around. That sauce was like almost literally . Thr waitress even asked me if she should grab the fire extinguisher . I almost started sweating. Sadly I was only able to eat 3 of the 5. The other sauce was orange chicken . Now if you like Chinese food or just like food period like me the this sauce will disappoint. It tastes nothing like the orange chicken that I've had from other places but has its own flavor. It's not bad but like I said it did disappoint, but truth be told thats due to my own expectations. I also had one of their new drinks called the Henny Hustle or Hennessey Hustle whatever the name it was great! I'm not a big alcohol drinker so if I get a drink I don't like to taste the alcohol. Well this drink delivers. It's basically Hennessey and strawberry lemonade. But the portions are sooooo on point that you can taste all the flavors, nothing over powers anything. I will be sure to get ot again the next time I'm there
Absolutely disgusting, this was the most pitiful excuse for a salad I’ve ever seen. I ordered the Buffalo wedge salad, and not only was the order running late scheduled pick up for 11:30, it wasn’t ready until 11:50 it was disgusting! I took two bites and had to throw it away.
Gone to Bdubs numerous times and have always had great service and food. Amazing place to go with friends and really nice deals that don't punch a whole in the wallet. Vegetarian options: There are some vegan friendly items. Just remember, you're going to Buffalo Wild WINGS. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs when entering the restaurant.
