Always a pleasure eating here, the staff are efficient and friendly. Chelsea D was our server and really did a fantastic job, she took our order and made sure everything came out perfectly and accounted for, kept our drinks full and made sure we were happy throughout the entire dining experience. Kitchen did fantastic, all our food came out perfectly prepared as ordered, and tasted delicious. I loved every bite. Definitely stop by and eat here, especially if you've never been by, its worth it.
I visited your store tonight at 7 PM there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant my food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive at our table. I ordered 10 wings my daughter ordered a salad and my sister ordered some taco thing. my wings were cold, over cooked and dry they were missing barbecue sauce all over them. my daughter’s salad came with guacamole it was only a tablespoon and it was brown in color and you could tell that it was the remainder left in the bowl that they scraped out because they didn’t want to open a new container. my sisters fries were cold and rubbery we ate none of the food told the waitress about our problem she was very nice and she brought over a manager. the manager was very rude and was only willing to take half of the bill off. we ate no food! It was nasty. so it ended up being this huge ordeal where the police were called as I was not going to pay that bill. I did pay for the ice tea I drank. the man was very rude and a report was filed and I will never again Step foot in a buffalo wild wings again the customer service is atrocious and the fact that I was expected to pay for a meal that I didn’t even take one bite of is completely unacceptable also there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant at all. they were not busy so there’s no excuse for our food to take an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and arrive cold. we didn’t have time to wait around for food to be remade and quite frankly if they can’t make it right the first time they’re not gonna make it right the second time. We had a $50 gift certificate and the bill ended up being $46 before the half off, so it’s not like we were trying to get out of paying the bill I just didn’t see it right to have to pay for something that I didn’t find edible. the manager was very rude, nasty and intimidating. and it didn’t need to be accelerated as far as it did police were called and everything. I ate None of the food! Stay away from this restaurant.
Buffalo wild wings never disappoints for a quick and tasty meal. The Bird dawgs were a good addition. Chelsea, my server/bartender, is the best ever. She is super kind and very knowledgeable with the drink and food menu. Always treats us like family.
Food is always good but it seems like it's impossible to get the correct order. I pick up on my way home from work after my wife orders and the last 3 times we have gotten carry out her order has been incorrect. And this time it looks one of the cooks cut a section out of the center of the wrap she received.
So me and my family came in this evening to dine in for dinner, drinks were good! The app came pretty decently fast for when we first got there, our food took a minute, but luckily we are an understanding family/ understand everywhere is short staffed! BUT what really bothered me was our waitress with the very curly light blonde hair and the fairy makeup vibe/ the fake freckles gave us our bill and we paid in cash left a decent tip as always, and we got up and left... only too be chased out by our waitress too ask if we paid!! Like ma'am did you not check the table too see we paid/ gave you a 22%+ tip?! Smdh..
Me and a group of friends came in and had such an amazing night. Our server Maria was outstanding. Super friendly, always made time for us, and was super helpful! We’re planning on coming back again
Food was great, enjoyed my time there. Hannah served our table and she was wonderful. When we raised an issue with our order she went and fixed it up for us. Couldn't ask for better service. Will be coming back again.
Sadly, very rude service! Took my son for his Bday. Server literally dropped our food down on the table and walked away quickly. Didn't even speak to us! We had asked for the appetizers first, it all came at once. Very disappointing. Won't be going back!!
One order bone-in wings, one order boneless, both same sauce. Bone-in were fine. Boneless were really spicy, and they were chewy/dry. Our server was great and offered to replace them, but I didn't have time to wait for replacements and I was hungry, so I and ate them. If I go back, no more boneless for me and I'll order sauce on the side from now on. Consistency is important!
