Service was good. We had a party of 10. The wings were huge! Not very fond of that. Our food came out sporadically so some people were done before others received their food. It was the kitchen and not the server.
If your going on a Tuesday or Thursday expect it to be at least an hour and a half wait for wings but other than that the wings are always cooked perfectly and the service is good.
They helped me. But talk about speed of service. One bit of advice for Joe the GM. A more personal demeanor and ownership can go along way. BW3 needs some interpersonal skills training with their management staff.
Ordered online for in-store pick up. The lady working the take out counter was very friendly and it was busy. All the food was hot. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is good was about 15 minutes late. When doing take out while working being back on time is important.
