Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is an educational institution, chartered by the State of New York, whose mission is to preserve and interpret the story of Buffalo Niagara for the people of today and the community of tomorrow.
We achieve our mission through historical research and interpretation, preservation and management of our collections and historic buildings, and creative activities and events.
BNHV is funded in part by the Town of Amherst and Erie County.
BNHV has a wonderfully unique gift shop with many great gifts available year round! The best gift to give, however, is a BNHV Museum Membership! All different levels are available along with gift packages, too! Sign up online at http://bnhv.org/membership.
