This is a good museum if you know what to expect. I had the idea that this would be a village with dozens of buildings to see. This place has only 12 structures and of those, a few have little or no description. They had, for example, a blacksmith shop with no descriptions and no one inside to explain or demonstrate. On the other hand the museum has a nice indoor museum with great displays of radio, the prohibition and a wonderful Erie Canal room that's great for kids.

I wish I had known about this before. Went to Scottish festival here, and it was very cool.
