What a great way to honor our town’s fallen soldiers. Our local and neighboring communities love to honor it’s men and women who stepped forward and decided to protect our great nation. God Bless them all!

This was a great place to visit while in Buffalo. I found that there are quite a few things to do in the city but this was one of the best and if you have the time, it will kill a good 2 to 3 hours if you want to. It can also go as fast as 1 hour if you intend to rush but I would suggest taking the time to read the wall information plates as they provide very interesting facts about the ships, their history and the crew. Outside of this park is a great riverside walkway full of stores and weekend activities (check the city calendar first) for all of the family. In terms of price, it was reasonable but also keep in mind that the ships and sub must be maintained as well! Great experience.

Randomly stumbled upon this place while visiting for a hockey game. Super cool place to visit. There are a couple ships and submarines that you can board and walk through. There is also a museum with a lot of neat artifacts. Tons of history on these ships and in the museum. Highly recommend! **Very narrow hallways so it definitely isn't wheelchair accessible. They also have an option to stay overnight on one of the ships. We considered doing it but we couldn't coordinate our schedules. It sounded like a cool thing to do though - they provide food and everything.

History buff? Navy buff? Then this park is a must! How many other cities have you been to where you can tour a WWII destroyer, a WWII Gato class submarine and a Cold War era guided missile cruiser? Hint: none. This is a unique attraction that you will not find anywhere else in the country! Most cities with a waterfront are lucky to have a single ship, let alone three! The Sullivans is unfortunately in rough shape and showing its age, but the Little Rock and Croaker look like they might’ve operated just last year! The state of preservation of these vessels is miraculous, and the exhibits are phenomenal. There is a very well laid out path through the vessels that will prevent you from getting lost or backtracking, and enough reading material and knowledgeable guides and staff to keep you occupied for most of the day, for those truly interested! Plan on at least a couple of hours. The tour takes you through all three vessels at once, so there is a lot of ground to cover. The shoreside exhibits are a bit more lacking, though the museum itself has some very well organized exhibits.

A step back in time. Every turn has so much history. Lots of climbing up and down ships ladders. Museum, 2 ships, submarine to explore and outdoor park to walk. Easy to spend all day here.
