Good food, reasonable price, wonderful service.Food: 5/5
Wanted to love it but just not good. First timers and don’t plan to go back. Ordered a bowl with no cheese, brown rice, and guacamole. Bowl came with white rice, cheese and no guacamole even though we paid for guacamole. Husband ordered a pork burrito with sour cream and there was no sour cream. Food was cold and not tasty.
I used to love eating here. Quality has gone down and customer service sucks. I called because DoorDash was trying to force me to add a sauce to my quesadilla. I asked if there was a way I could order without being forced to add a sauce normally I go in person but I have COVID so I had to use DoorDash. The woman who answered did not care. She seemed very annoyed I was even calling. I told her I didn’t even mind if I get an extra charge for the sauce since DD is forcing people to add it AND pay extra for I think I was being very understanding and accommodating!! I just wanted to make sure they wouldn’t actually physically put it on my quesadilla. She just gave a very long pause and said “uh okay??” to me asking what to do. It wasn’t a yes or no question though... I tried asking again in multiple different ways and she just seemed to get more annoyed. So I said “Okay…so I guess I’ll order from somewhere else?” since I guess to her it’s a very difficult task to just say “hey don’t put sauce on this DoorDash order” to the chef. And she just said “okay” and hung up on me. Knowing full well she just lost the restaurant an order. I didn’t raise my voice. I wasn’t rude or angry. I was so confused why I was treated like this. Funny enough I ended up ordering food from elsewhere where there was also another glitch with DoorDash. I called that restaurant and not only did they want to make sure my order was correct they were super understanding about DoorDash being finicky they even had me hold on the line while the owner went into the system and fixed the DoorDash error so it wouldn’t happen to future customers! I didn’t even know they could do that! My family and I have ordered from here almost every Friday night for as long as I can remember. Literally years. Not anymore. I’d rather spend my hard earned money at a local restaurant where it’s appreciated. *Edited for grammar. Dietary restrictions: Doordash was forcing me to add sauce I didn’t want to my order. I called and asked them to make my order without sauce. An order that comes WITHOUT SAUCE traditionally. They wouldn’t do it.
Anytime we are in town we have to stop at a Bueno y Sano. Thanks you. We placed the order online. Our ETA for order to be ready was 25 minutes. I showed up about 10 minutes after placing the order and it was already ready. The online ordering process was quick and easy and I was shocked with all the options to add to each burrito. Anyway, I had a very happy car load that enjoyed their burritos as we drove back to Cape Cod.
The food is very good with large portions. It’s a great affordable place to eat. Definitely recommend.
Stopped in for a quick lunch, I ordered the brisket tacos. Absolutely delicious! Very nice texture and bright flavors indicate fresh ingredients. The tomatillo salsa was also very good, I mixed it with my rice and beans. The grilled jalapeño was tasty, pretty much what you would expect.
Great food, lots of customization available, service is perfectly acceptable, though utterly perfect. If you're ok with loud spaces, you'll love the vibe, though if you have sensitive ears, maybe get your to go. Vegetarian options: Almost anything can have the meat removed, and many things don't have meat at all
Stopped in for a burrito while fighting a hangover, it definitely did the trick. Huge burritos with fresh ingredients that are handmade right in front of you. I recommend stopping in for a bite!
First time visiting. Diverse menu posted on the wall. Ordered, paid and given slip for order. Food was freshly made for each order and served up promptly. Tables were available for seating or limited stools at counter. Place was clean and food smelled wonderful. Place was casual, not large but comfortable seating. Food was excellent and large portions. Fountain soda and non-alcoholic drink selection in case. Choice of hot, mild sauces, self serve. Extra napkins available. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Really great place to eat, will be going back!
Every time I eat here the food is fresh and delicious. I like their guacamole with chips. The Korean taco is my favorite, but also the brisket tacos were excellent as well, the meat was well seasoned and the portion was good. A friend had the fish tacos and enjoyed them. I don't live their rice but that's not what I'm there to eat.
