I will give it a 3 since the people that work here are super nice. I ordered the pulled pork on salad which comes with a side of rice and beans. Even with salsa on it this was the blandest meal I have had in a long time. It had absolutely no flavor. Sad because it looked promising.
Love this place!! We did not know what seitan was so we asked... The great kid at the register did not know for sure but was wheat based. He said he'd never had it...i asked how long he had worked there.. 3 years... And you've never tried it... Nope... Our food was ready and we went to our table. 5 minutes later I went to the salsa bar and grabbed 3 small cups. My daughter and I went to the counter and I lined up the 3 cups and $5... The other lady busted out laughing... Obviously he had told her we were drilling him on trying it... They cooked up 3 slices.. It got busy so we waited for him... We all admitted it was a great deal better than any of us anticipated!!! Next thai burrito will be with seitan!!! Thanks buddy for trying with us!!!
Customer service wasn't amazing, it was okay though. Black beans and rice that comes with the combos are both a little bland, but the chicken and red onion quesadilla was super good.Food: 5/5

This was my first experience with the West Springfield location of local chain Bueno Y Saño. I have always had good experiences in both Springfield and Northampton. This location gets busy for lunch but your order is made promptly with fresh, quality ingredients. There are excellent choices for meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. I typically order burritos which are always satisfying and quite filling. I tried a bowl with their new option of grilled corn and spinach and substituted cheese for vegan queso on the side. My meal was exquisite. My mouth will water for weeks as I think back on my mixed grill bowl. Highly suggest for anyone that enjoys Mexican cuisine — much better than the big chains that have tried to take over.
