The branch is under Remo mode so it's complicated to be there, especially for someone who needs assistance. The staff is great though and always happy to help.

I've banked with BCU Financial for over 13 years now since starting my first job in high school. Unfortunately, had to make the tough decision recently to transfer all of my funds over to Tangerine. It's true that BCU offers amazing service, but their digital experience is antiquated and not quite "with the times". As a heavy mobile banker, stable server uptimes and a multitude of features is key. BCU Link is just not quite there yet and is still plagued with frequent "server is down" errors. There comes a time where great customer service just can't overcompensate for a subpar digital banking product. For this reason, I give BCU a 2/5.

Waiting time on the phone if you don't have an actual person's extension waiting on the line are 20 minutes plus. Their nauseating recording is repeating the same old about the different numbers to call, like when you loose card or whatever. No music, no telling you to stay in to keep your number/turn. Absolutely horrible. Oh, I have passed the 20 minute time. God knows how long I will be held up on the line. Disgusting.
