Had this storage unit for numerous months, they are only average in price and yet when we tried to access our unit.... we could not. The code would NOT work. Given it was a Sunday, they had no one in the main building which is fine; however, there is ZERO after hour assistance available. I called the store, their 1-800 number, the car rental side of things ANYTHING we could try and contact to resolve the issue. We were only given the run around and zero answers from anyone we did get a hold of. Even their "security" wouldn't answer on a Sunday so what does that tell you if there was an even bigger issue at hand. Called their office the following working day, was just told sorry, we reprogrammed the code and thats it -so frustrating. Looking to go elsewhere now with this service. Sometimes the extra money is worth it to avoid hassles like this.
Kind slow service. Went to help someone unload a U-Haul truck. When we got to the gates the Ldy we were helping came to meet us. She didn't have a code to open the gate so she tried calling the front desk to get one. She called twice. I called 3 times. On the 5th call in I finally had enuff. It was raining, the lady was standing there for almost 15 mins. I said I was callin on this lady's behalf cuz she couldn't get thru. I gave them all the info they needed with the client standing right there with me. Not without being rudely interrupted many times. They also told me I should calm down. Im like I shouldn't have to be on the phone with you arguing because you think you're right. After all that he went on to tell me that the client had No code attached to the file. Ok so really are you right now?? All I wanted was in the gate to unload. He could have pushed a button while I was on the phone with him. You have cameras you could see us standing there. I told this person on the phone that this was not acceptable at all. I was then told that a Supervisor would get back to me about the situation, that he would be back shortly. While I was on the phone another person had come to the gate to unload his stuff so he a complete stranger let us in. Budget was not busy. There was 4 other vehicles in the main parking lot. I'm pretty sure 2 of them were rentals. I'm still waiting for a call from someone to acknowledge the problem. I left ALL my contact info.
My unit was broken into. Numerous valuable items stolen. No assistance provided to move my remaining property into another unit. The gate was constantly not functioning. Could not gain access on many occasions. Lax response from owners. Avoid this place!
Very poor service and gate code doesn't work as well, no after hour service. Now I'm stuck trying to move on a Friday night with no access to a unit that's paid for until Monday
Fantastic rates ... really great staff and the owner takes pride in this place ... safe and secure !
