Usually I love budget from Duncan. Today I had the worst experience on the phone talking to a guy name George. Rude, actitud and hang up the phone before I was finish talking to him. Maybe transfer him in the back where he doesn’t have to deal with customers.

What kind of business is this? The two scratches shown, which are alleged, (but not accepted) as being cause by me resulted in a $1200 credit card charge. Nice racket.

Possibly the worst and rudest rental company I have ever dealt with. I’m trying to inquire for prices and time of pick up but the lady was rude and hard to understand on the phone. If the people on the phone are any indication of this company and its service, go to National car rental in duncan lower price great service.

Customer service was terrible. I was treated like I was in the wrong just by walking in the door. Wouldn't rent an SUV unless I took it for two weeks minimum. WHAT!! They are definitely not there to help anyone with anything.
