We had never been to Budds Subaru before and our last vehicle purchase was 12 years ago, so we were apprehensive about the buying process. We knew from attending a previous Toronto auto show that the redesigned 2026 Forester was a perfect fit for a 6’4” driver.nnTalk about good fortune! Sales associate Jeff politely introduced himself and introduced us to the features of the showroom Forester. Jeff answered our questions in a friendly, humorous and nonjudgmental way. It was because of Jeff’s openness that we asked for a test drive. We confirmed the Forester was roomy inside, even with the driver’s seat all the way back. The Forester had an excellent turning circle. We had no idea of the abundance of standard safety and other features.nnAfter a week, we booked a meeting with Jeff to discuss the options we desired. Again, Jeff was friendly, honest and we felt comfortable with him, so we purchased the Forester.nnJeff provided first class delivery of our new Forester in Budds’ special garage and we drove away completely satisfied with the whole experience.nnSpecial thanks to Syed, the Business Manager, who displayed a similar friendly, honest and helpful experience.nnWe’ll provide an update on our first service experience. We’ll be buying a winter tire package from Budds in the fall, as we found their package prices to be reasonable compared to Tire Shops.nnWell done Budds!
