Incredible top tier experience with Budd’s BMW at all levels! We had purchased a Cadillac from Budd’s Cadillac in the past and had such a great experience we decided to try their BMW group. Allen our sales associate and Jeff the sales manager made the whole experience special and memorable. Coming from Windsor we had to rely on honest communication and representation of the X6 we were considering. Mo our sales guy was super nice, no pressure and was very easy to work with. This is my first BMW and I am so impressed with the service. In the past I have owned a couple of different brands. Each time I thought I was going to get fancy service but it didn’t happen. BMW delivers. So happy with our purchase.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I’ve dealt with a few dealerships in my lifetime, but never have I experienced the attention to every detail as I did at Budd’s BMW Oakville. From my first phone call to make an appt to see the cars I’d viewed online, to the moment I drove away with my BMW, every aspect of service and attentiveness was top notch. The staff are not your regular sleezy car salesmen, they are professionals who believe in their product and are very knowledgeable about it. When I went to finance to sign my papers, and hear the add-ons spiel, I was again impressed that there were no pressure tactics, just information passed on for me to decide on. My “no thank-you” was respected. The day before pick up, after confirming my insurance details, I called to change my mind and decided to have the anti theft installed. They didn’t miss a beat. Had the car ready on time, despite my last minute request. A very special shout out to Alan, Schalk and Leslie. I am in awe of the respect, efficiency, accommodations, promptness, professionalism and genuine concern for me that you all showed. I am very grateful. Thank you. I will be back!
