If you are a beginner, you better forget about this place. There is no one in wand wash to answer any possible confusions, so you have to walk all the way to the manager's office. Presoak was really low in pressure. Actual soap wasn't concentrated enough and it was mixed with water. There is no timer on machines to show you how much time you've left!! Even if you ask staff, they have absolutely no clue about any portion of wand wash. I wasted 2 dollars because SPOT FREE wash wasn't working and there was no sign indicating that this portion of wash is out of order. When I asked from someone, they passed on to one another and finally they told me I cannot talk to manager about this horrible managing. They said manager is not here today and no one was even taking the responsibility for the lack of notification about out of order devices. Absolutely dissatisfying!!!!!

Went for a wash on my truck and that was all good. However I forgot my work laptop bag with a LOT of inportant info in it. Didn't realize until the next day at 5:05pm as it was Saturday. I called the store and the manager answered after hours and waited an extra 30 minutes after her shift for me to come and pick it up. Great customer service!

Best wand wash in Edmonton. Longest time for your money. Other places costs me over $8 to wash entire car down this place did it in $4 and I had time to spare. Water pressure is so strong wrist started getting sore. Not many places are good like that. Best part, they don't have "coins" you have to buy to use their wash. Just regular money works perfect. Will drive anywhere in the city just for this place.

I took my car in to have the seats shampooed. The process took slightly longer than estimated, but my seats certainly look much cleaner. Customers should note that single-item services do not qualify for early-bird pricing, only package deals qualify (that was a bit disappointing, I would have slept in). Location is easy to access off Jasper Ave.
