Couldn't have been more impressed with Bubba and his crew. We had our wedding at Kitsap Memorial State Park and Bubba knew the place like the back of his hand: he showed up early, got the food cooking, and served the meal perfectly on-time with plenty of happy guests and leftovers to spare. My wife and I highly recommend Bubba for any occasion. He had no problem accommodating our party of ~90 people. Many compliments from ourselves and our guests on the food! The presentation was A+ To top it all off, Bubba provided the whole experience at a very competitive price with absolutely no compromises in quality of the food or service - he even helped to cut the cake after the meal! We're looking forward to our next holiday ham! Thanks Bubba!
We were so happy that we chose Bubba's Country Cue for our wedding!! Bubba is so friendly and his excellent communication was so appreciated. Our guests had many great things to say about the food. Favorites were the pulled pork and smoked Mac and cheese, but really everything was delicious. He was even so kind to recommend the impossible burger for our guests with dietary restrictions, and those turned out great. He made us feel very taken care of and ensured everything ran smoothly. Thank you Bubba and your helpers, you helped make our special day perfect!
Year after year the holidays are made exceptional with Bubba’s smoked hams and turkeys. And the pickup at his commercial kitchen equally has a place in my heart. Ray aka Bubba always engages you with a great conversation to boot! High quality meat, fantastic BBQ and service you can count on.
Bubba catered our wedding this July at Kitsap Memorial state park. He and his team are amazing, professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. His pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of service and food he provides. And his BBQ: amazing!! We ordered a whole hog and it was cooked to perfection and the sauces were great! He has quite a few vegetarian and gluten free options for sides as well. Our our guests really enjoyed the food and Bubba and his team were extremely easy to work with. I cannot recommend Bubba's Country Cue highly enough!
Bubba's BBQ is always delicious. Having these amazing meals brings so much joy to our family. Bubba himself is a joy and he has a wealth of knowledge on BBQ and is happy to share his knowledge. This year for Easter we had one of his BBQ hams and it was crazy delicious. Give it a try... you will not be disappointed!
Amazing BBQ every time. Bubba's Country Cue has just the right amount of smoke flavor. Bubba also offers a variety of sauces and while I enjoyed each one Rebel's yell is my favorite!! All of his sides are excellent as well!
Basically a catering service that went to carry out/ delivery since covid restrictions imposed by the state shut down wedding venues. Classic southern BBQ with innovative menu items. Brisket is mouth watering of course, but you gotta love the smoked mac n cheese! So check out their web site and place an order on the next pickup weekend.
Bubba's Country Cue has the best food! Bubba is the nicest guy you could meet as well as a total professional! We love both his turkey and his ham and are looking forward to some pulled pork soon!
This is the only BBQ place you should consider! Bubba’s Country Cue is wonderful in every way. We had Bubba cater our wedding in Poulsbo. To begin, the food—amazing. It’s all my guests talked about, and we are still thinking about it. We had the pulled pork, chicken pieces, mac and cheese, smashed potatoes, and Carolina coleslaw. The mac and cheese definitely stole the show, but everything was delicious. Also, the crew is so nice. Bubba announced dinner and personally spoke to each table. It was nice for guests to get to know him, and all helped to keep the buffet line flowing. His helper was the friendliest! She walked down the buffet line with folks to explain everything, and was a personal “concierge” for all the sauces available. Set up and clean up was spic and span—they packaged up all our leftovers for us to take home, and even gave some to our photographer to take home. Overall, just a really thoughtful, down to earth team. I would not go anywhere else for my BBQ needs!
