Amazing new bakery in town on Victoria street! Got the sticky bun with cream cheese, and a sourdough loaf of bread. Christian and Brynn know how to make some great tasting fresh baked bread and pastries!
Stopped by to grab a couple of Boules of Sourdough for our Christmas dinner stuffing, sliced to order. Nice little shop. A variety of breads, cookies, cakes and other treats available. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Can’t wait til turkey time :
I worked with Brynn's Bakery for my wedding cake and they did such a wonderful job! I love their London fog cake but was looking for something gluten free. They were able to make it work and create what I wanted. They also offered a variety of options such as number of layers, decorations or working with a cake topper. We went simple and unfortunately only got the one not so great picture. But it looked beautiful and was so freaking delicious!! It also stayed well in the fridge overnight as we picked it up the day before our wedding. THANK YOU BRYNN AND CREW!!
My favourite spot in town for sticky buns! Sticky buns, sourdough, cookies, cake... it's all amazing. Staff are consistently efficient and super friendly. The space is clean and adheres to COVID guidelines. There's a few indoor seats and some outside too. Get here earlier because they often sell out of some of their more popular items for good reason!. Would highly recommend, and just gotta say that living walking distance from this spot is dangerous for my wallet and weight .
By far the best bakery in town. The dark chocolate raspberry scones and cinnamon buns were so moist and delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Perfect to bring to a morning event to share with family/friends/colleagues. Will be sure to satisfy and impress. Can’t wait to try everything!
Ordered cakes for birthdays twice now, I would give five stars for both times! Of course, we also ended up buying more than just the cakes on each visit. Everything tastes delicious and the staff are great! My family was actually insistent that I leave a positive review for the first cake, but I didn't so this is long overdue! We've tried the london fog and the vegan chocolate raspberry cake and they're amazing, even if you buy them a day or so before you intend on eating them!
Just got a second cake from Brynn’s and it was the best cake we have ever had! The cake was moist and fluffy. It was so chocolatey without being super sweet! The icing was smooth and velvety. I will be ordering from Brynn’s for every occasion!
Best sourdough in town and it's not even close. Awesome features and cinnamon buns that the kids go feral for. I have never had a bad time here.
in July 2022 i visited Kamloops.i tried the scones all flavours and they were amazing! my favourite was the cheese one. this bakery deserves 100 out of ten stars! i definitely recommend Brynns! - Elijah in Rockyview County, AB
Ordered a cake on line as requested by Staff. Gave them over two days notice as instructed.Received a thank you for your order we will be in touch. Never heard back from anyone so called twice and had to leave messages. Still no word back from them. Stopped in on the day the cake was to be picked up. Cake was not done and was told by staff that they don’t answer messages.
