I ate here last year and enjoyed one of the best meals I have ever had in London, the food was simple but cooked incredibly well. Sadly this was not the case last night, the menu does not seem to have changed in quite a while and although most of the food was still relatively tasty, the selection of dishes left a lot to be desired. My partner ordered the halloumi burger which was served in a dry bun with avocado, no sauce. As the club was not busy at all we were attended by one member of staff who was very nice but left us waiting to order for long periods whilst other tasks were being carried out behind the bar. To top it all off we were joined by a mouse under the table as we ate our desserts which is really not very appetising. I hope the food is brought back to life as I really did have an incredible meal here last year and it is a wonderful place to eat and drink, it just felt very uninspired and simple considering the price.
When I first saw reviews for this place I thought the staff was all going to be unpleasant, however my experience was the complete opposite! The staff was super helpful with anything I asked and friendly so maybe people just need to be polite to get a polite response back as I had no issues I had an amazing night seeing Julian Jordan with my friends and will definitely go back again for future events! Drinks are pricey but it's a club event in London haven't been to a club yet where prices aren't high

Stunning street , had to come see this as I watched last Christmas last year. An it was filmed down here . Although actually the second slim street in London still A must walk threw. A stone throw from Trafalgar Square an the art gallery
Another wonderful pre theatre experience at this excellent club. Quirky and delightful. Lovely, welcoming staff, tasty food and excellent drinks selection. Such a pleasure to keep returning too. It's like your best enchanting old friend.

Lovely atmospheric venue with fantastic staff. Get a member to take you or better still join. It's a unique place to have a relaxed meal that's also special. I like the limited menu, there are still enough delicious options for me and they are very adaptable.
Good menu. Eggs are done to order and brilliantly. Any place that has Kedgeree on the menu gets my respect. Let them know if you're in a hurry for a quick lunch. Service was engaging, curteous and helpful.
A truly amazing place. Full of eccentricity and character. I totally fell in love with it.
