Brought in my car for a safety check. Only wanted a check done. The mechanic went ahead and did the work without my permission. Brian made up for it by only charging the parts price, and dropping all labour charges. A few friends and co-workers speak highly of Brian's auto, so maybe my experience was a fluke.

If I could give a negative score I would. Need two new tires and he basically told me the only way to get them was to pay him hundreds of dollars and wouldn't offer any other options
