I recently had the opportunity to shop here for the first time ever! Rachel is her name I believe. She was soooo helpful. Let's just say this, I was only planning to purchase 2 bras due to the prices. But this young lady did her thang! Left the store with 6 instead of the 2. I only gave 4 stars because the sizes I needed were unavailable in some of the styles I wanted.
I don't have a real experience to relate because the store was closed. The details on the web say the store closes at 9PM. The store actually closes at 8PM. The stores is attached to Kohl's Department Store, unlike how it is displayed on the map. There is a small side street that separates Target and Kohl's.
Rachel was amazing with assisting me and my mother, very friendly and patient!
Tried to go to Lane Bryant where the kohl's is on Midlothian turnpike. Their hours said they'd be open til 8. Went there on 9/13/22 got there at 6:30pm and they were closed. They were walking to the door inside the store and the lady motioned that they were closed. I'm like... yall don't close til 8. Why are you closing an hour and a half early? Unless it's a medical emergency, or a majoebholiday, they shouldn't close that early. I saw two other people try to go in and they couldn't when we decided to go to kohl's. They lost out on money.
Unfortunately, there are only two locations in the area and this one is the closest. The selection here is always very limited. You'll always find more styles online and often better sales/prices. Please beware that they prescribe to the "watch/follow customer around the store while pretending to fold clothes and straighten racks" business model when dealing with black patrons. Also, despite having two restrooms in store, and no matter how many employees are working, if you ask they suggest you go to Target or Kohl's. Like as a paying customer you'd prefer me to leave, go to another establishment to use the restroom and think I want to come back? I've seen other customers be allowed to use the restroom....only difference I could attribute this to would be skin color. So, I'm good enough to spend my money but not good enough to use your restroom. I've called the corporate office to make them aware. Again, just speaking from my personal experience. I'd say only come in to the store if you absolutely have to....for me that's just to pick up an order, if I need something really fast and can't wait for shipping, or to make a return.
Came in to pick up an order, Spoke with Arlene about my experience un regards to one of their associates changing my email in their system due to a glitch and not bring able to pull up my rewards. I gave her the correct phone number and email and they couldn't pull me up. I also told her I wanted go change my last name in their system. Well this screwed up my acct and I was asking Arlene how could I fix this. Well the store manager an older Caucasian women was very rude to me and decided to tell me that this didn't happen at "her" location and I did this via the 1800 line. First of all, you don't what I did and where I did it. She needs to check herself. Next step corporate. For a more detailed complaint attitude nasty.
If you're looking for expensive furniture that will probably last quite a long time then this is a good place to go shopping if you're looking for college furniture or stuff that will probably go you won't need very long or you don't really care about you might be better off going to a different place maybe a discount place or something like that but they have very nice furniture
I had so much fun. I enjoyed the entire staff who were more than willing to help. Also, the customers very friendly. We all talked & laughed about the different choices in panties. Most husbands & significant others stayed in the car, but there was one who was brave enough to accompany his wife. Please go in October for Breast Cancer awareness & call them about donating to those in need.
They have lovely items but everything is always expensive. The staff is mostly always courteous. I like that the opening hours have now been extended . It seems that more stock is available online than in store .
We only have two locations in Richmond and this one in Midlothian has the best customer service. They respect their customers and show pride in their store.
